    I miss my basic old Maytag, had to buy a step stool to retrieve my wash from this very tall washing machine - and that was after I watched a video on UTube. Maybe it's easier on my clothes and stuff, but ?? they are really rung dry when the bell chimes to remind me to retrieve them
