Large capacity, efficient, quiet... what more could you ask for in a dryer!

Very good Dryer. I bought the LG-7.3 cubic feet 14-cycle Electric Dryer with TurboSteam-Graphite steel one February, 2021. The sound of the Dryer is good and working smoothly. Setup and operate the dryer are very easy. Price is good. I bought from local Best Buy and the dryer was delivered and set up. I hope the dryer will give us good service.

The capacity of the dryer is amazing and dries in a short amount of time.

Sensors will adjust cycle time based off how wet the clothes are. Very Quiet operation and steam cycle is awesome. no 5 star based off the flow sense sensor, if you have a longer run of exhaust venting the sensor will trip ALWAYS regardless of how clean the line is....after cleaning with drill kit and blowing it out with a blower i still receive the flow sense indicator showing low exhaust flow

So far so good. I bought this equivalent model five years ago and must have gotten a lemon because I had the Geek Squad out every year making the same repair. Of course as soon as my repair warranty with them expired it went out again with the same problem. I presented my concerns to my local Best Buy and they provided excellent customer service. They reviewed my repair history through geek squad and determined I indeed had a bad dryer and came to pick it up and gave me what I paid for it as in store credit. So I decided to give it another shot considering I’ve had no issues with the washer and the reviews for the dryer remain consistently high. I will update my post as I use it more. But thank you to Best Buy for the excellent customer service and for standing behind the products you sell.

Very easy to use, quiet cycles. No issues to date and would highly recommend

We purchased the dryer along with a matching washer and couldn't be happier. The dryer is the most efficient one I've owned. It even has the 'steam' option which is great for quickly removing wrinkles from clothes. Never had an issue with any LG products. The installers came on time and had both the washer and dryer installed within 30 minutes.

This dryer gets any load dry on the first cycle. I’ve had issues with my bedding for example of having to restart it since it was still damp. Not the case here and I love that! It’s easy to use and I also love the steam dry so if I don’t have time to iron I can throw something in real fast and get the wrinkles out that way.

Love the way the door can be opened 2 ways.... makes sure nothing ends up on the floor when transferring wet clothes from the washer to the dryer! When complete, the interior light comes on (in case you didn't hear the sing-song tones). The dryer seems to be more efficient than the last LG I had. It is a nice dryer!

Smart and efficient dryer for large loads, easy to use

I liked the 2 ways you can open the door and the smart features. However, we have not quite figured out how to get it to dry partially. No matter what setting we chose, our clothes were completely dry when we wanted to only have them partially dry so that we could hang them. This was a quick buy so I was not able to really shop around, but overall it is ok.

It works great and I have no complaints. It was worth every penny

This dryer was an excellent buy. From being able to use steam to refresh your items to bulk drying, it has you covered for the best drying option for your clothing or home needs. I’m so glad Best Buy sales agent, showed us this one instead of me buying the regular one I had researched.
