The steam option in this dryer is great for those of us that don’t get to folding/hanging out clothes right away. Just quickly steam your clothes to freshen them & get the wrinkles out before you take them out. Boom they come out perfect.

Dryer works pretty good so far. The only issue, which isn't a huge one, is it doesn't always completely dry extra large loads of clothes. I just take out the dry clothes and start the dryer again for the ones that are damp. Works great for large or smaller loads. I love that the door can be opened from the side or the top. I use both all the time. All the features work great too.

This is a very good (and large) dryer. Our only issue was one that we ended up resolving. The first several dries on the Normal setting came out still damp. I checked the manual to see if there was some way to change the default dryness setting from Normal dry to More dry, but didn't find anything. I stumbled onto the fact that if you move the dial 1 click, it doesn't change the setting from Normal, but it gives you the ability to change the default dryness setting. Since then, we've been setting our Normal dry cycles to More dry and they all dry completely. I have also reversed the door on the dryer to a left-hinged configuration instead of the right-hinged configuration. I found a Web site that gave detailed instructions. It took about 45 minutes, but it wasn't a difficult task, and it makes the room. so much more efficient when we don't have to step around the open door with a load of clothes in our arms.

Awesome quick dryer steam is amazing for all types of fabric

Had this model in gas, but needed to convert to electric. Liked it so much that we didn’t look at any other. Only issue is that the energy saving has it stop sometimes when still a bit damp on thicker items. Can select a timed cycle in that case if you aren’t nearby, but I usually just start it back up.

I’ve read so many reviews saying the dryer doesn’t get clothes dry enough, the moisture sensor stinks etc etc So I was afraid buying this machine. I had a GE that would over dry and burn my clothes BUT I was used to things being very dry, I had so many concerns when I purchased. I figured I have 14 days to see if I hate it. I was in love by day one. It’s amazing. My clothes dry perfectly and the moisture sensor isn’t so bad. My jeans needed more dry time so there is a dry time mode that over runs the moisture sensor. If you’re on the fence, BUY it!

This dryer works great. The steam feature is such an asset. It refreshes clothing so well…especially jeans and other items that don’t always need a full wash every time they’re used. I’ve had another brand with steam and the LG is superior.

I absolutely love my new LG washer and dryer. I had a 20 year old set. This dryer is way better than my old one. Works quickly and so many options. Had to get used to door opening on left but other than that it is super. The set up guys from Best Buy were great! Delivery process was smooth and efficient.

We are very happy with our purchase. We have not used all the features yet, however, everything has worked flawlessly. Probably the most appreciated feature is the large size. Brand/model reliability was the biggest influence in our decision to buy this model.

No matter what we do, it shows the exhaust error. I've heard from other people having the same issues. Since it stops the cycle with that error, I always have to do at least 2 cycles to get the job done...

So far (one month) this dryer works very well. It is easy to use. Having the door versatile as to hinged side up/down or on either side was a plus for us. Type of heat/time/tumble speed, is also fairly standard to many brands; we have yet to try the steam options. So far we are fans of this dryer; 9+

Good large capacity dryer, works very well and quiet

I absolutely love everything about this dryer except for the small fact that when you open the door, the light only stays on for a short time. I wish it would stay on as long as the door is open. I probably haven't touched the surface of all the options it has as I've got certain cycles I tend to choose all the time. One other minor thing is I to have to always choose the option for "more dry" because if I dont', the clothes don't seem 100% dry (but they are close). So I just don't take any chances and always choose "more dry" which makes my life easier. Setting it up on my wireless network was a tad tricky but once I figured it out, I was like "duh"... and I'm technically savvy so if something takes me a while, its because I'm not paying attention and assuming I know how to do it. FYI, I used an iPhone 11 Pro and have both my washer and dryer notifying me when my cycles are done etc. (yes, I bought the matching washer too-which I also love).

When we moved in last year, the builder gave us another make - it was noisy, not large and took forever to dry anything. Best Buy recommended the LG and we are in love with it - quiet, efficient and drys everything!
