Works great, very quiet and can handle very large loads of clothes. Bedding can take a few cycles to get completely dry.

This dryer has great capacity and the sensor works well to determine when loads are complete. If you have the matching LG Washer, it will auto select the drying cycle that corresponds with what you've just washed as well.

This dryer is a GAME CHANGER with the steam/sanitize features. In 10 minutes you can freshen and deodorize anything: blankets, towels, dog beds, rugs, etc. It also works wonders to take wrinkles out of linen tops and pants. We now use our dryer more than the washer which saves us time and money for items that arnt dirty but just need a steam clean cycle once a week. Love it!!

Returned a GE profile that gave us problems within the first year and purchased this as the replacement. About a year in and have been using it between 3-7 times per week. Being a family of 5, with three teenage daughters, we use the washer and dryer more than most and this dryer has been great. At times the clothes come out slightly damp when overloaded as the sensor must not be able to pick up on all the slightly damp clothes, but it hasn’t given us any problems besides that.

Great dryer. Very high tech compared to what I had before. Experience with Best Buy in actually getting the item delivered is a different story. Took over a month to get the dryer bc it was on back order, but no one at Best Buy communicated that, so had to do the leg work with customer service to finally get the unit delivered.

We put this at a beach house with the large loads of beach towels and sheets in mind. It performs great. Exceeds all expectations. The WiFi functions are awesome because we get a notification on our phones and watches with a load is done.

Very easy to use, large capacity, and takes up less space than our previous lower capacity models.

Love the side and front door opening function. Still learning about the steam settings. Clothes seem to come out a little damp, but still learning about how to use. The wrinkle setting works really nice. It's a learning curve, so far appreciating all the different cycles to experiment with. Just wish LG would expand more in the owners manual about it's different setting and their uses.

Love how i can open the door up 2 different directions down or from the side. Dries the clothes great and they smell amazing.

I purchased this dryer to go with my large capacity lg washer and I cannot day enough good about it! So many options to fit our various needs, steam to get the wrinkles out, everything smells so fresh and clean.

GREAT dryer. Heats up fast and dries efficiently. Love the sanitary/anti-bacterial function. My last LG dryer was 13 years old and was working when I upgraded to this new one. Buy with confidence.

This dryer is extremely quiet (as well as the washer that comes as a set). It has all sorts of cycle options, but the best feature is the door. The door is a patented design that allows you to open it to one side for easy of pulling out clothes (i.e. the door is completely out of the way) or it opens at a 45 degree angle from top to bottom so you can load wet clothes from the washer and drop them on the door and they slide down. Really awesome design which sold us into buying this pair.

Two way opening door is very convenient to use. Very easy to operate.

Simple to use. Need to add more time to get things completely dry. Large metal drum which is nice. Pretty quiet. The wifi capability is really limited and almost a joke (dont buy it for this).
