    Very loud gas burner. Also it was difficult to find the propane conversion kit. It needs to be ordered directly from LG. Best Buy doesn’t offer the kit.

    Does not really dry and there is a gas smell. Used a few times and the back panel inside is discolored already. Only had a few months

    Poor drying

    Dryer detects articles are "dry" when they are not. You attempt to restart cycle and it will end within 5 minutes because it believe they are dry. Blankets and larger load need multiple restarts and special settings to dry.

    Best Buy wouldn’t hookup dryer and wouldn’t switch the door! We paid for this plus the washer and a $3500 television. Never Best Buy again

    After the third appointment including delivery Our techs Helardo was able to fix the door on the new dryer we purchased 3 weeks ago. They were on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Very professional. Delivery dispatcher was extremely helpful

    Did not receive item when we were told it would be there, drove 30 miles to pick up. We had already uninstalled old one but had to reinstall so we could have a dryer, have not been told when we might receive the new dryer. Maybe we can get it delivered for no charge for our trouble.
