Works great! Replaces a 13 year old dryer. I like that its simple to operate. The easyload door feature is nice.

Gas Dryer works efficiently and looks modern.CO2 output is barely increased while running compared to when it is not running. Large capacity is very nice for bulky bedding and towels. So the product is good but we had installers out 3 times to fix venting and connections which were not satisfactory when installed.

Easy to use, 2 ways to access and open the door helpful. Very quiet.

Absolutely LOVE this machine. I switched from a front loader Electrolux machine. I am so much happier with the quality of wash for my clothing, sheets, towels, ect. Overall, it seems to do a much better job. I am VERY happy with this product and would highly recommend!!

We purchased the washer first as ours died and couldn’t be fixed. Love it. Within weeks, my wife decides she wants the matching dryer instead of our 25 year old Maytag workhorse. I reluctantly purchased this. She absolutely loves it. Gets the clothes dry in less time than our old Maytag. Her favorite feature is the fact that they talk to each other. If you place bedding in the huge washer then throw it in the dryer, once turning on the dryer it automatically sets it for bedding. Whatever you set the washer for, the dryer automatically sets itself. Two buttons, power on and then start. Can’t get any more simple than that. If you own a new LG TV it will also place a quick pop up on the screen when each load is down. The wife is happy, so am I.

I really like this dryer well design and dry clothes quickly. I like the lint trap and it quiet.

The EasyLoad door is the best new feature on a dryer in a long time. in the showroom, my wife just didn't think the feature was worth it. Bought it for her anyway. She LOVES it! Make sure you check it out before you buy anything else. We ordered a black on but once it was installed, my wife decided she wanted the white one. BestBuy took it exchanged, no questions asked and delivered and installed the unit. The installers were great too.

Still trying to figure out the product. My old dryer was 32 years old and very simple to use. On this dryer The drum light would not work come on automatically there was not any information in manual or online to address the issues for my dryer model. I try to contact LG via chatbot. which Was very irritating because if you did not answer them in chat within 15-30 seconds they would disconnect the conversation then you had to start all over very very frustrating. It took me 5 separate chats to get a direction on how to reboot the system to get the light to work and I am not sure if it working as designed. No information to compare with. Still trying to get acclimate with drying cycles and temps. I do like the app on my phone and the Wi-Fi drying capabilities I am basing my review more on performance on of the dryer then the bad Chat experience

We had to purchase this in a rush since our old dryer died and man we didn’t realize how much we needed an upgrade. The dual open option has made life a lot easier in our tiny laundry room. It’s been a month and this has been fantastic from the first time we used it.
