    Bought as an open box 'in excellent' condition. It was not. It was missing the paperwork (I.e. Operating manual, warranty paperwork, etc.) and the tee pipe for the steam portion....which was to be included.) I had to go back and purchase that after finding that out during the install. Also, the dryer worked well for a week or two, but then wouldn't work in several of the cycles...including the 'Normal' cycle. We're still trying to 'debug' that...before calling Best Buy to return it...or LG for service.

    Great improvement over our old dryer of 9 years old. Wish the pull down door would open up 90 degrees as the floor model did.
