    Purchased this and about a month later the door wont shut on it. Had to go through the nightmare process of contacting LG support. I regret purchasing this. The door opens two ways. Which basically gives it two ways to break i guess. Do not recommend.

    Very bad service. They didn't know how to connect the dryer. They told me the parts they received weren't the right ones and sent me to buy others. When I returned, they were gone. I ended up using the parts they brought, and they worked. THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THEM
