    Purchsased and confirmed by Best Buy twice and got cancelled twice as "out of stock" even though they said they had it and gave me delivery date and confirm... have all the backups. It is an amazing product... Got it from Lowes and got delivered within 2 days!!!

    Very bad service. They didn't know how to connect the dryer. They told me the parts they received weren't the right ones and sent me to buy others. When I returned, they were gone. I ended up using the parts they brought, and they worked. THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THEM
