Best Buy had their team set it up. The time frame is pretty disappointing since they give you a whopping 6 hours and I woke up at 7 to have them deliver at 12:30. They also didn't level it correctly at first but they quickly installed it and no complaints a month later. The steam cycle works great to get wrinkles out and a price match guarantee makes it worthwhile.

LG 7.3 cu/ft Smart Dryer w/ Steam Function

Highly recommend. Only gripe I have is wishing there were a "custom" setting, allowing me to set everything as desired as opposed to their presets. Download function is a great idea, haven't tried but again, wish you could save more than one at a time. Won't be disappointed.

It does take a little while to get used to the settings. At first my clothes were not getting dry. But that was because I did not use the proper settings. It's very quiet and I love the versatile door. I gave this a four star rating because the lint filter is very flimsy. I have not used the Turbo Steam yet because I really don't have a need for it. But It is a very good added feature for the price.
