range top burners quit within a year trying to get assistance if horrible, sitting with a practically new range and not able to fuly use

We purchased ours several years ago and it was exceeded out expectations. I love the locking option to protect the lnobs on the front from being turned on and the doors from being opened. With our two year old this is wonderful. I love the ligths inside both ovens. I would recommend this product to my friends. It is easy to clean as well i love the steam clean and self clean option. Also the knobs are easly pulled off to allow cleaning behind. All around great product l.

This product does not meet any reasonable standards for functionality I would expect, particularly for the price we paid. The worst issues are: We need a flashlight to see the settings you wish to set for each knob, this is extremely frustrating, NO lighting to see knob settings. Another issue, it is VERY easy to bump one of the knobs and turn on the stove top and start a fire, this did happen. 4 people in our home accidentally turned on a knob unknowingly. This is a terrible flaw and very dangerous. The entire unit is not user friendly and requires a a long time to understand why it works as it does. Do not buy this item as it's not nearly worth the cost with all its flaws.
