We bought this to accompany an LG Steam Washer we purchased several years ago. I love the ease of use -- all of the dial options make it easy to decide which cycle to set it at. May be more than we need, but it works very well!

Our 15 years old Kenmore dryer finally dying and with 3 boys at the house we need to get 1 immediately. Best buy has next day delivery available and after much reviews read we chose the LG dryer for the capacity and steams option. Dyer does the jobs well and we understand what the other said about not drying on the first try. But there is option to have dryer set to more and more dry. I think LG set this up since not everyone will always use the load dryer capacity max. Also maybe sensor dryer can be improved on the next run. We are happy with the purchased and Best buy service is excellent. There is a problem with the door wont be able to switch to the other side and best buy send a replacement right away. Kids clothes wash and dry and we are happy :) Next to purchased is to get the matching washer.

I had to replace an LG after 12 years and it was nice to be able to find one that looks right in line with the previous - so it looks well with the older, still working washer. And this one has more choices and the steam function. Very nice.

Had a Samsung dryer for 4 years and it kept having issues. This dryer literally drys every load the first time around even my bedding which was amazing. Overall a greats dryer 0 issues really. Highly recommend to everybody

Noticeable difference in how clean our clothes are compared to previous washer. Easy to use. We dry door gasket after each use and follow simple recommended operating procedures to prevent odors and mildew from building up near door gasket.

The dryer works well. I had problems with the old dryer not getting the sheets dry the first time so was happy they were dry the first time even though they were in a bit of a wad. The unit seems to use less space but drys as much as old unit

Dryer is working fine. Many options to choose from. Attractive. Delivery took 4 appointments/several visits to the store/no fault of ours. Would recommend the product but not Best Buy.

We had the matching washer (which is great) and when it came time to renovate the laundry room, we wanted the matching set. It’s currently sitting in our garage and we hope to install it next month - but it looks great!

I am very happy with this dryer and the pedestal. We picked up both pieces from the BestBuy Warehouse but both came with no damage. We hooked them up and they are beautiful and the dryer does exactly what it is supposed to do.

The washer and dryer is easy to use and can also be programmed by my smartphone. Very pleased with the number of options for the different types of laundry as well as the cycles available for washing and drying.

It is an awesome dryer. Would highly recommend to others. It is a 12 cycle dryer. The best past of this 12 cycle is quick dry which takes around 20 mins to get clothes dry. It makes very less noice. I like the steam option in this.

This dryer is excellent for my family as we all have different needs. With the custom feature we can all dry clothes with no heat, low, mid, and high heat. Also has a steam setting for work clothes.

The dryer was easy to setup, intuitive to use and I really like the default setting that senses when your clothes are dry. I'm a techie "geek" but found setting up the wifi feature cumbersome and generally unnecessary.

The dryer performs well, and is easy to use. However, we are still reviewing its extensive Owner's Manual to continue to appreciate all of its features.

The dryer has many dry options that are helpful. I've found through trial and error that some loads don't dry all the way off the first round if you use the machine recommendation and that I just have to adjust the time up to the next level to have it completely dry. Definitely not a deal breaker for me, I just hope it's not a defect in my machine. Time will tell on that I guess. I like that the drum has a light inside, but it only comes on when you press start, so I have to remember to do that before I put the clothes in if I want that light on. Same for removing clothes. Again, not a deal breaker. This machine dries my king sized comforter in 2 go rounds, whereas my previous Samsung would take 4 to 5 drying cycles. So this is definitely a plus!

Had a friend suggest this model line and I have had zero complaints the first three months into my new home. I lot of features on it, runs exactly as I would expect for the amount and brand name. Would recommend it to anyone.

This item has a steam cycle and a sanitizing cycle for those who want to be absolutely certain that their clothes are not only carefully dried, but also as clean as possible prior to wearing them the next time. In our case we have a medically fragile toddler staying with us for an extended visit, and it is very reassuring that we are able to break any textile contact health issues before they are even started. This "peace of mind" feature is definitely a compelling reason to consider the purchase of this appliance.

A good bit of features on this dryer. It has settings and buttons galore. Only problem is, it doesn't dry well at all. Often things go in wet and come out after a cycle still very damp. We've tried doing an intense cleaning of the lint trap, we've tried different settings and modes, but it still is awful at actually getting things dry. The feature of it sensing when things are dry is also very flawed and doesn't work. The steam feature has come in handy in a pinch to disinfect clothing or articles, and it's certainly quiet.

We have been without a washer and dryer for nearly a month. They entered our lives at the best time. The features are great. Love that it connects to our phones. Can’t wait for a long relationship.

Nothing that I can complain to this dryer. Lg is perfect for us. I really love this so does my whole family. Easy to use and plus is the WiFi and giving you notifications for everything. Highly recommend!
