I adore this steam dryer. It is a spiffy, sturdy pricier and fairly easy to install. Plenty of interior space! My mother has the same product in a different color (that happily still works flawlessly after a cross-country move), and I purchased the same because I liked it so much. The floor samples were a low price. The energy-saver setting is not very useful if you prefer dry laundry, but the steam cycle is luxurious! I steam clean or sanitize coats and outdoor gear for freshness, as well as all my throw pillows and blankets, bedding, and bath mats in between washes. It keeps everything fresh and fluffed. (Down pillows and duvets come out especially perky on here!). I have the coordinating front-load washing machine and will definitely get this type of product again if it ever needs replaced in the future. Highly recommend!

Got it during the pandemic, had to install it myself (no big deal). It does the work really well, no complaints at all. Just upset that in the next month I got it, it just got 400 USD discount, bummer!

Actually really satisfied with this dryer. I was hesitant because it was an LG, but I like it better then the Samsung I had before. Def buying LG washer and dryers again in the future.

Appreciated waiting over a month to deliver to my new home. Delivery and setup were efficient. The dryer has been getting a lot of use with large loads in the week I have been at my new house.

Nice and quiet. I wish that the light would come on without push the power button. My old LG dryer bought in (2004) light came on when ever you open the door.

Efficient sleek finish quiet economical but with all the extra features including the downloaded features. The wifi is great for monitoring the different cycles. Would recommend you buy. We bought both washer and dryer

Love the dryer but needed side venting which Best Buy didn’t do so I had to find someone who did. Best Buy did compensate me for this after I refused the dryer. I do like the steam function that sanitizes my clothes and gets rid of wrinkles.

I'm telling you the steam feature on this puppy eliminates wrinkles like magic. Laundry didn't get folded fast enough, and your favorite shirt is a wrinkled mess? Pop it in, and it 10 minutes it looks new. Outstanding.

Multi-cycles is nice to have with today's high spin washers .You can use room temp. air to start on normal cycle or throw the heat straight to it on other cycles . Steam feature is nice to have for touch ups or sanitation !

The very 1st load I did the dryer told me my vent was blocked 80%. Since I bought a new dryer because I thought my old one was at fault for having lint everywhere even after my niece cleaned it out, I was very upset to have this situation. I have since corrected the faulty vent design and everything is working perfectly! This featured saved me from a potential fire in my home.

Absolutely, this is one of the best dryers I've ever had! It works well, though it has a normal 'drum beat' to it. Actually, it was my sister who recommended it to me.

The other dryer was fine, but this fits our needs better. Reliable, a lot of settings, and relatively quiet.

I’ve used LG washer and dryers for over 12 years. Never a problem, easy to use, economical, I couldn’t have been happier. I left mine behind when I sold my place. The buyer liked them and wanted them included. May have helped close the deal. Anyway I bought these essentially identical units. These have more updated controls, steam cleaning as well as steam drying cycle to get out wrinkles. Nice addition. I do miss the midnight blue color of the old units. Maybe LG will bring that choice back. I was so satisfied with the LG brand I wouldn’t have considered any other.

My old set was 24 years old. Anything is an improvement! Kind of a pain to have to wipe down the window and under the rubber door seals. Maybe I have to get the hang of it but it just drys good. I have had some laid finish still damp. The dryer is supposed to be smart and detect moister and run accordingly. Disappointed in the WiFi remote capability. You have to set it up for a cycle then remote start it later, but that’s it b/c then the machine powers off. I hoped I could dry a load then remote start a the steam (wrinkle rests) so it wouldn’t sit if I left for work and forgot to unload it. Like the Alexia capability with checking status. Also, the display is hard to see unless there is light right on it. Mine are right above so sometimes I must use my cell phone flash light to find the settings.

Very little sound, clothes usually dry. Excellent machine. I ran the vent test (10 years not cleaned) and it said 85% clogged. Cleaned it myself, big bag of lint. Good diagnostic tool!

Works very well. Delivery was smooth, but a leak for my washer kept them from finishing installation. Once fixed though, both units worked very well. I would recommend this for the right price.

Love my dryer, best purchase in a long time. love how my dryer and washer stack on top of each other and I have much more room in my laundry room.

This is such a great upgrade over our previous dryer. Besides the large capacity, it has options for steam drying and other options for towels, bedding. Plus you can select manual, timed drying.

I'm used to top loader, but since I bought this LG dryer, it's worth the price, it function perfectly well. I also love the fact that I can control the dryer with my phone. Great product.

this is awesome. we have our washer and dryer hooked up to our home system and we get told when it is done. havent had anything not come out dry or having to run it for a second run
