Easy to use, this color was originally not on display at the store but I’m glad I chose it, it’s a beautiful color. Love my new dryer

When we sold our house the thing I missed the most was our set of LG washer/dryer. So when $ allowed I replaced them in our new place. I love this dryer! Besides it playing the musical jingle I had washed baby clothes and danced with my baby to as we did laundry -- it has the ULTRA low setting for delicate items, an interior light, a pause button and a blocked vent alert. The delicate cycle is 28 minutes and the clothes are just about perfect and wrinkle free. I highly recommend it. Thank you, LG, for NOT changing the jingle!!!

The drum split on old dryer. Not happy with that brand, I did my research and decided on LG. Wanted reliability, large capacity, good reviews on drying, and a drum light. When it went on sale, I bought it. This LG dries faster than the old machine. Some said display hard to read, but I have no issues with it. I do like this dryer. I haven't used the steam or wifi options yet. Probably won't use the wifi option as I don't need to monitor my laundry.

This dryer does a really exceptional job at drying clothes and sanitizing. Where the problem comes in is the Wi-Fi control. In order to control this product via Wi-Fi and via the LG app you first have to power on the dryer and then push a button to put the unit into Wi-Fi mode. That is annoying. The dryer should function after you turn it on, immediately in Wi-Fi mode you should not have to push a button to get it into Wi-Fi mode. when I purchased this product from Best Buy I was not advised that the Wi-Fi capability is not automatic. So, be warned and don’t be smoked by Best Buy salesman Who don’t care about your needs but only to squeeze a dollar out of you.

Purchased as a replacement for an older LG dryer. This new one has many features that the old model did not have and works great.

I love my new dryer. It works great and is very efficient. I am also very fond of the sound it makes when my clothes are done.

I did not appreciate I was sold an extra hose that I did not need since one came with my new dryer. Because of COVID, I was unable to return it in a prompt manner. When I was able to return it, I was given a gift card for the return but there was absolutely no consideration for the impact of COVID on being able to return things (I have 2 underlying conditions in which I should not be out in public and I was waiting on the govenor of NC to open up the restrictions before heading out) and that I was sold a part that I did not need. I spent over $700 on a dryer and they could not refund me $29 for a part I did not need.

Great purchase. This dryer is quiet, dryers really well... good deal overall ... I’ve been Converted to an LG From a Whirlpool

Our existing washer and dryer began to have issues and we needed to replace them. Our neighbors had an older version of this product and loved it. Consumer reports rated it as one of their top picks. While we've only had it about a month, it has performed extremely well and we would certainly purchase it again. The drying cycles are well-paired to their titles and everything comes out perfectly dry. The BB technicians did a great job of installing the machines. A great experience overall!

Love the steam function, something’s I still have to iron (which I hate) others I could just pull them right out of the dryer and wear them. I love the ability to control them electronically.

The cycles run longer than our previous machines but clothes come out nicely. Height of machine with pedestal are perfect.

It's quiet. Has a lot of different drying options. Steam & air dry. You can decide to have fewer minutes. A lot of options.

we’ve had an older washer and dryer for quite some time so this was a nice upgrade.. much more quiet and much nicer to look at too.

So far so good. Has plenty of options to choose from. Having the steam function during Covid has been a huge plus!

Received my dryer on October 13, 2020. The next day I did at least seven loads of laundry and it worked perfectly.

This model works great. It alerts you on your phone when the cycle is finished. My only complaint is that it was difficult to figure out how to connect to the internet.

Already 100 times better than Whirlpool I can tell a difference already it washes better it spins better it dries better.

I purchased THIS dryer because of the steam function. The steam function typically removes wrinkles. This dryer does not remove wrinkles. Don't waste your money. Buy a regular dryer and put a damp wash cloth inside and set it to dry. THAT will remove wrinkles. I once used a dryer with the steam function, which is why, when it came time for me to purchase a dryer - this was the feature I wanted (this dryer did have great reviews). It dries my clothes ~ so what more can I ask for?

We have it for over a year and it still works great Replacement for our 16 year old Whirlpool and we could not be happier.
