I wanted a model with basic functions but was energy efficient and reliable. This model is exactly what I wanted and Best Buy do a nice job with their system for delivery and installation. 2 Weeks later, and everything is working fine :-)

Just read a few comments and do some research. My last LG dryer did have the heat element go out and a repair guy wanted over $300 to fix. I bought a part for about $75, installed it myself and worked for about 5 years after that. Nothing to it. LG did the job for us for over a decade with minimal maintenance.
