Instructions to operate were easy enough to start drying soon after installation. We have had no issues with the dryer. Matched nicely with our LG washer, even though we purchased the washer a few years ago.

Connecting the water to the plastic pipe is not easy and feels particularly weak, although done carefully you eventually get a tight seal. Best feature is the thinQ notification informing when drying is complete, because otherwise with the auto sensor you would never quite know when it finished to remove clothes and avoid wrinkles.

I have learned to appreciate my new LG that seems to do as well if not better than the Whirlpool Duet. Best Buy made the purchase effortless. Everything went smoothly. I did purchase the warranty because of the electronics.
