Need to replace previous front load washer where the main tub bearing failed. Reliability rating steered me towards LGs products. After selecting the LG WM3700HVA washer opted to purchase the matching dryer because we plan to stack the washer and dryer when we update our laundry room. So far very happy with this dryer. It shares many favorable attributes with the washer including smaller cabinet dimensions along with a tendency to better handle bed linens. Our previous dryer always balled our base and top sheets into a big lump. This machine does not seem to do that, leading to better and faster drying. I agree with other reviewers that the display panel could use a redesign to make it more readable, however, I think this is only an issue in dimly lit rooms. We don't have any problems in our well-lit laundry room.

Easy to use. Great looking. No problems, yet. Large loads are no problem. Dries quickly and quietly. I will update in a bit (if I remember to do so).

I am very happy with my new LG washer. I have really had good luck with LG appliances in the past in my prior home and decided to stay with LG. Have a wifi-enabled washer is all new to me and the convenience of knowing cycles status as well as advice on water usage and even the potential to Troubleshoot (have not need, thankfully!) are all novel to me and really great! I havent had occasion to utilize the Steam feature but I look forward to trying it out as an alternative for light needs that would otherwise go to the drycleaner

Easy to use and holds a lot of clothes. Love the integrated steam function (no reservoir to collect mold like the older models).

We compared dryers, different reviews and ratings. This dryer had good ratings wit hone general complaint in that the control panel is not lit very well and can be hard to see. I completely agree iwth this complaint as is has light grey text information which is not backlit, only LED selections beside the text. For us this is not a problem as we expected as our laundry has bright lighting. I would warn that if this dryer will go in a location that is not well lit, you will be disappointed i nthe control panel visibility. Other than this, which as I indicated is not a problem for us, all primary function has been excellent. This dryer is much better than the Samsung Whirlpool it replaced. With the different modes and cycles, our clothes come out much fresher and without the wear and tear on sensitive clothing. Very positive experience so far.

The LG dryer was the best investment made. Our non LG brand had multiple issues over the last 5 years. LG is a very well made brand with lots of features. The steam option is fantastic when a dress shirt is left in the dryer the night prior. Just use the steam and the wrinkles disappear. The WIFI connection and application comes in very handy. Our washer and dryer is on the 2nd floor and the application notifies us when the drying cycle is complete.

I love LG. This replaced my 12 year old dryer and it is amazing. Very quiet. 12 cycle options come in handy. Dries my clothes fast. Just be sure to use the correct option, such as towels for towels, bedding for sheets and comforters, etc. This did not come with a drying rack for shoes. I kept my old drying rack from my previous LG dryer and used it with this new dryer. Worked perfectly.

Love my LG dryer. I had a similar model but it was gas and I couldn't take it to my new place. Love the steam function to get wrinkles out of shirts and sheets. I rarely iron anymore! I'm impressed with how quiet it is yet the alert lets me know when my batch is done. I like the manual buttons so I can adjust water temp or time if needs be. Never had a problem with my other LG dryer, hoping for the same with this one!

This dryer has large capacity, is quiet and does a great job!

I haven’t used the WiFi function but this dryer does a great job of drying clothes quickly. The steam function is awesome and I use it regularly on my wrinkle free clothes to get them looking even better and not having to iron them. Sometimes my t-shirts get wrinkled and I don’t want to iron a t-shirt so I steam it real fast. Nice function and does a decent job on a somewhat wrinkled shirt. I would recommend this dryer.

I was a bit concerned buying another LG as my last one, which was only 4 years old had just died. I am very happy with this dryer so far although I admit that there are features on here that I will never use! It was a bit pricey we thought but we really needed a dryer and this was the quickest that we could get one via Best Buy. I will say that due to COVID-19, the ordering/delivering/setup process was a NIGHTMARE!! We did not know that we had to dig deep on the website to choose which direction the vent was facing. As we could not go to the store we had to do all online which was an epic fail. The lack of communication from point A to point B was horrendous. No one seemed to know what was going on and in fact we had 3 teams confused as to where the old dryer was, which had been taken out when it was delivered. Getting in touch with someone was very difficult and the lack of clarity made for 4 trips by various installation teams. Today is July 22 and my dryer is now completely installed, finally.

Smooth delivery process. Takes a lot less space than my old dryer. Quiet. Seems to not dry everything as well on Permanent Press cycle..perhaps I need to adjust what I put in. Easy to use. Light does not stay on long. All in all a good value. It went on sale after I ordered it. I noticed this and the price was reduced after I called.

We have had this for a little less than a month but we really like it. It does a great job of drying each load and I love the sensor feature that adjust the time based on the load that is being dried. The sensor drying feature prevents the dryer from running for a long time when a shorter time is sufficient to thoroughly . The dryer is simple to operate and looks great. We had the delivery team change the opening direction of the door on this dryer to fit our needs. We haven't tried the wifi control setting yet because we haven't had a need to remotely operate it. We have only tried the steam setting once so we really haven't tested that function thoroughly. We did a lot of research before selecting this dryer. We also had family that purchased the dryer before we did. They were really pleased with it and we had a chance to check it out before purchasing it ourselves. We are very pleased with it.

Great dryer! Though it has a ton of cycles I find myself using the timed dryer setting more often than not. Very efficient. Like the steam and sanitation setting, though my old dryer had a steam function as well.

This is a great dryer. easy to use; price very competitive. Biggest thing allot of people forget about is the length of the dryer vent line. Keep it as short as possible. Mine is very long, Needs to be cleaned at least annually to allow the for best performance of dryer.
