So far we are very happy with this purchase - more so because this new dryer matches the LG washing machine we have that is 5 years old. Some trim is slightly different but in general aesthetics they are very close so it looks like a matched pair. It dries clothes faster than our old dryer and is quiet. Instead of a buzzer, it plays a pleasant tune when the cycle is complete. Also - you can adjust the volume of the chime or turn it off. Believe it or not, not all dryers allow you to do that. We haven't tried using the WiFi connection yet (seems silly) or the steam option.

The number of different cycles is good enough, but then with the wifi available you can pick another cycle from their online list to program to the download cycle! The machine sings when it's finished, and sends a notification to my phone case well. Not sure how it does on energy since I only had it a month (very backed up delivery was 6-7 weeks), but should find out soon with my smart plug monitoring the power usage. If you can find on sale, I would say these are definitely worth it. Still so at retail.

Much quieter than my old dryer. Dries better, too ... I no longer have to run a load 2 - 3 times before our clothes are dry.

We have the matching dryer too! It’s quiet and we love the steam function. I like the LG app for tracking status. Only issue is the auto cycles not getting clothes all the way dry. Still damp.

This electric dryer is so awesome. It dries just as efficient as a gas dryer. The steam feature is so very cool.
