Collects No Lint and Sensor Doesn't Work

My dryer collects NO lint on the screen. All the lint enters the duct and gets caught on the screen on the OUTSIDE of the house. AND the sensor does NOT work. Some clothes come out cooked while others are still wet and the dryer stops. And no the dryer is not packed full but contains just a normal sized load of sheets or towels. And you cannot read the words on the control panel to change any of the settings.
