I previously owned the LG washer model that had the sliding soap lid and I hated the soap lid but I LIVED for the Allergiene washing cycle. We didn’t have the dryer, but holy cow, I wish we did... we now own both the washer and the dryer and my clothes and linens always come out soft, clean, lint and hair free - EVEN WITH MY BROTHER’S CATS while he stays with us until he can get on his feet. We have a family of 7 staying with us right now and these work well for us. We aren’t struggling to keep up with the wash!

Easy to use. We have been using for a year now. Good auto sensing options and manual dry options too. Works great

The dryer was on sale for a very good price. The dryer is very quiet when turn on. I will buy washer pretty soon.

Dryer is easy to use. The WiFi option is fantastic once connected The instructions to connect to your network are not very clear.

we bought a washer/dryer set from Best Buy and got a great price. These replaced our older unit which were 10-12 years old. good features and zero complaints.

Love it! It meets my expectations and then some. It is very easy to use and looks so good in my laundry room!

Seems clothes are sometimes still damp upon cycle completion, never had that issue with our 2013 LG Steam Dryer. When I'm home I love getting alerts on my Apple Watch that the cycle is done. On the other hand, when I'm 300 miles away I don't need to know another household member is doing the laundry. Seems odd to me that the iPhone app has access to the machines from beyond my home LAN. By the way, purchase date is wrong, that's the "return/repurchase" date when we got $540 rebated because the washer/dryer pair went on sale within the 15-days-since-delivery return window.

We really like this dryer. It’s our first with steam features and it really improves the efficiency when used appropriately.

Dries clothes in minimal time. Very quite machine. Only downside is you cannot see the settings due to it not being backlit. Very poor design and needs to be corrected.

Purchased this for our son’s condo. He is in a wheelchair and needed a front loader, not stacked as he can’t reach the upper unit when they are stacked. We bought the pedestal and it’s the perfect height for him. Love all the options available. Have not used the app or smart features available for this item. Also purchase on sale and save $200 on each unit. Looking to purchase for myself now and they are not on sale anymore. Will wait for another sale.

Only 4 stars because I have not tested the full functionality. Dryer works well and does what is supposed to. So far, I'm satisfied with the LG brand.

This dryer does everything that is expected and more. Many different settings that all work exceptionally well

After months with a dryer that took hours (really!) I can get my clothes dry in a short time! Best dryer we have ever had!

The front-load clothes dryer comes with a steam function which is handy for "ironing" out wrinkles. It is very tall when stacked up however. My wife is unable to operate the buttons and dial, much less see what's on that tiny, hard to read screen. However, we had no choice but to settle on LG over Samsung (because of Samsung's bad reputation, high rate of repairs, etc). The dryer is quiet when in operation, and we appreciate the light inside, making it easy to see. They need to make it more compact and adjust the control panel to account for its position when stacked up.

We have the grouping washer and dryer and it works wonderful! No problems and would recommend to anyone.

Super quite! Also, I like the custom program option. The air flow sensor is sensitive but that’s ok.

Great product. This dryer is quiet, it hosts takes awhilw to get the job done. if you have the time to dropped in a load and go about your way this dryer does the job.

Quiet and easy to use! It weighs the clothes so you can save on energy and time on smaller loads
