We’ve had LG washer and dryer for over 12 years and I really don’t care for Samsung household appliances. Just read a few comments and do some research. My last LG dryer did have the heat element go out and a repair guy wanted over $300 to fix. I bought a part for about $75, installed it myself and worked for about 5 years after that. Nothing to it. LG did the job for us for over a decade with minimal maintenance.

The clothes dryer is doing a great job. There are lots of options for drying the clothes.

Does a great job and the push notifications are awesome! The cycle is a little longer than our last mode. Not sure if the higher model would be faster.

We were a bit nervous about getting a front load dryer but we really like it. It's quiet.

First, I would say thanks for being available for delivery during the coronavirus pandemic and letting me to order online. Instructions to operate were easy enough to start drying soon after installation. We have had no issues with the dryer. Matched nicely with our LG washer, even though we purchased the washer a few years ago.

This is a very simple dryer to use. Self adjusts wonderfully and for an electric dryer it’s quick and easy

I like it is great for delicate clothes that can only be steamed. It has been over a year and it continues to work just fine.

Great dryer! I thought I’d use the steam function but rarely do. Connecting the water to the plastic pipe is not easy and feels particularly weak, although done carefully you eventually get a tight seal. Best feature is the thinQ notification informing when drying is complete, because otherwise with the auto sensor you would never quite know when it finished to remove clothes and avoid wrinkles.

Easy to use and install. Dries clothes efficiently and love the other efficiency settings. Another great LG appliance.

I did not want to replace my Duet Washer/ Dryer set that had served me so well for a very long time, but the dryer had gone out on the set and I felt it better to replace both. I have learned to appreciate my new LG that seems to do as well if not better than the Whirlpool Duet. Best Buy made the purchase effortless. Everything went smoothly. I did purchase the warranty because of the electronics.

I had this exact model and sold it with my condo. Bought it again and the 2nd time is just as good.

I love the steam feature. I hate to iron and this feature eliminates (almost) the need to own one.

Bought this dryer with the matching washer (WM3700HVA) works well. A bit on the loud side.
