Looks great if only it was installed.

Left the electric plug on my porch. Then listed my washer/dryer installed, so they would get payed. Brought it in a uhaul trailer. Ask Best Buy if it’s a Third party delivery. If so decline.

Machine is good; delivery ridiculous

The only reason for a less than five star rating is because, for the second time (washer as well purchased earlier) the delivery crew failed to install the machine. It seems as if these BB delivery folks look for reasons not to be helpful rather than to assist. This wasn't a complicated install, but I was converting from gas to electric and the delivery people were electric only, no gas. OK. Not helpful.

Love my LG dryer

I have not used the steam features yet so I can’t talk about that but as far as drying large loads of laundry to bulky comforters — this dryer did the job without me having to run those loads multiple times to get them completely dry. They were dry after one drying cycle.

Very quite and plenty of settings

Matched up to our LG washer we bought a few years ago. Only issue is the hard to read descriptions on the control panel. Fixed that by taking a picture on my phone and printing it off so my wife can read it. If it was easier to read I would have rated 5 stars.
