Dryer works well, like the many options and loud chime

I purchased the W/D as a set, I love both! The steam feature is great for not only sanitizing clothes, but also to "freshen" up . The dryer does seem to take a bit longer to complete drying than other dryers I have owned, but worth the wait!

At first I thought the sensor dry was not working right, the clothes usually ended up damp. I then discovered it is very important to only dry loads with like items. So far now all loads come out dry.

We really like this dryer. Smaller than our older GE model. The only issue we're having after our purchase of it a year later is that it no longer drys completely on the first dry setting we have found ourselves rising the heat setting; which isnt a major issue.

Good dryer for everyday drying clothes and is nice

I am very happy with my Lg dryer. I absolutely hate my old dryer from just about day one it was a GE. I am so happy that I decided to go with an LG dryer to go with my LG washer. I have nothing bad to say about this dryer all good

We went to Best But Outlet. Lots of electric dryers for sale. The one we got was a demo so in perfect shape but not in a box. They assisted in loading it in our vehicle. Very professional service and knowledgeable of the products

This works pretty well, but I wish it matched better with our LG washer that is just a few years older. The main objection I have on this one is that to change something like the time, you have to hit the button once for each minute you want to change it. There's no speed-up mode.

Overall, this dryer works well. The steam dry feature is great to help prevent wrinkles in clothing and sheets. The Energy Star rating is a double edged sword as it seems to take longer for clothes to dry. Despite this, the features are great.

The sensors aren’t accurate at all-to get clothes dry you have to manually add a second cycle for “speed dry” and adjust the temp. The sensors for the other cycles think everything is dry when they are still significantly wet.

I purchased this washer and dryer set from BB in March 2020. I’ve had a solid 5 months of heavy use to realize that I absolutely HATE them. They are worthless. I have to rewash loads constantly, even using the 2 1/2 hr extra dirty cycle. First off, it does not use enough water, and you can’t choose to use more. They use as little water as possible and call it efficiency. I call it extra work and time wasted. Also, do not try to use pods in this washer as your clothes will come out with a melted soap pod stuck to a wad of clothes. At first I thought I had done something wrong. Nope, happened a dozen more times before I just switched to liquid soap. I have it two stars for looks and quiet cycles. I also really like the wide mouth. Other than that, the washer doesn’t get my clothes clean. After two or three washes of the same load they are acceptable. I don’t have all day to get one load of laundry done. As for the dryer, the steam fluff option is a total joke. It doesn’t work. You can use a spray bottle to mist a load is any old dryer and get better results. It’s what I have always done. My biggest beef with the dryer is that you have to put it on super hot and extend the time to get the clothes to dry. Other wise the dryer shuts off while clothes are still damp and they get smelly. I would not take these if they were given to me for free. I spent a lot of time researching and they have great rating for reliability. So now I am stuck with this crummy washer and dryer that will never break down... great... nice to know I will be stuck with them for a long time to come. I purchased right before covid shut everything down. And they only give you 15 days from purchase to decide if you like them. So really by the time you get them delivered and installed, you have about 7 or 8 days to return them. And during a pandemic with everything closed and all the chaos that followed with hoarding, that is not realistic.

This is our second LG washer. Gave our old set to our son. Like the quiet operation. Did not think the Wi-Fi enabled app would be useful but we love the reminder message sent to the phone Happy with our first LG. Really happy with the new one

I have had LG washer/ dryer and have gotten greT service out of them , so When I moved into my new house I knew exactly what kind of washer and dryer I would be purchasing. Love them and the color is awesome.

This washer machine is awesome. It has so many great features that I actually enjoy doing laundry. It's efficient and simple to understand once you spend some time reading the manual and learning about all the neat things it can do.

Our old Whirlpool dryer died and my wife scouted all of the best rated dryers online. The LG dryer we found in stock at Best Buy was a top rated dryer that has proven to as good as advertised. It works great and fits perfectly next to our LG washer. Gonna try the steam cycle myself real soon.

Love this dryer. No longer need the water tray from my old model. There is a water line hook for steaming. Also enjoy using the App to check on status of clothes and download cycles.

Drys clothes with ease, features an array of settings. Has a large capacity for bedding and towels. I would highly recommend and is stackable if you choose to stack it later.

I purchased the washer and dryer bundle and really like it. This is my second LG W/D. A relative has my first pair and after 5 years, they’re still going strong! I highly recommend this brand.

I am completely happy with the dryer. I feel like things are dryer faster and towels are fluffier. I love the features and selections that are available. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

This dryer has only one flaw which is the sensor that is used to stop the dryer when it thinks your clothes are dry but isn't. So most of the time it us better to set it on manual so it dries your clothes fully.
