This dryer does a great job, especially with items that I don't want to iron. If I'm busy when the signal goes off, I can just use the 'steam' function and it is almost as good as getting everything out and hanging up immediately.

I really love LG for their washer and dryers! This one is super easy to use! I like the quick dry and timed dry when I need it to get done quickly or want the clothes to be well done. I haven't had any problems with mine and would buy it again!

Love the steam function. Intentionally left a load of clothes that wrinkle in it over night. They were wrinkled used the steam and they were just about all gone. Have used on everything from bedding to towels to dedicates. Dedicates take a bit to dry but all in all a great machine.

Both the LG washer and LG dyer are terrific! Wonderful settings and both can handle more clothes than other machines I have had. Both LGs are attached to a stand with a large drawer that stabilizes the machines and gives extra storage space for laundry items.

We forgot how nice a new dryer would be. It is so quiet. I used the steam cycle for the first time ever on a shirt and pants that were wrinkled from being in a suitcase. The steam worked great. The wrinkles mostly gone and except for a little dampness in the clothing articles, they were presentable. I have found that if you purchase an appliance from Best Buy while on sale, the price is typically the best price around and if it's not they will match the price. Also, the installers who brought my dryer (and the washer previously purchased) were great. They were courteous, did a proper installation, and the dryer never touched the floor until they had it where it needed to be. Please tip these guys because they earn it.

So far, so great with this dryer. We haven't tried the steam cycle yet, but the dryer is easy to use and is always "happy"! It plays such a little tune when it's done. I said to my wife, "I never knew anyone or anything that likes to do laundry!"

Love my new dryer, but I do find that while not as annoying noise when drying complete as my old dryer, this leads to me forgetting to take my clothes out - lol. Overall dries and fluffs very nicely. Haven't tried the steam feature yet....

Really, really like this dryer. I frequently use the steam function for refreshing clothes and getting out wrinkles. Also use the sanitizer function for pillows and for clothes and linens when they come out of storage. Overall great purchase!

Back in early February my wife and I found ourselves in the never fun situation where our old (12+ years) washer and dryer stopped working. We did some research and decided to replace our old set with a new LG Washer and Dryer set. We originally purchased the following LG Models: - Washer: LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer w/Steam - Dryer: LG - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Electric Dryer w/Steam Unfortunately the original Dryer model we purchased had all kinds of issues, and after going through 3 different dryers of that same model, we chose to try the Dryer of this review: - Dryer: 7.4 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Electric Dryer w/Steam This new LG Dryer model has been great, and we've not had any of the same issues experienced with the other model. We highly recommend this LG Dryer, as it's very easy to use and does a great job. Wife couldn't be happier now!! :)

The dryer is really great. As long as you pick the right setting your clothes will be very dry but not overly hot. I love that I get notified by the app when my load of laundry is done. It makes it easy to do other chores around the house while I’m waiting.

This dryer dries our clothes in half as much time as our old one and getting notifications on the app is great! The only complaint I have is that the automatic setting is “dry” and clothes are always damp when on this setting because the sensor just senses the outside of the load when it’s just dry. So you need to correct the setting to “very dry” in order to actually get a completely dry load. Not sure if there’s a way to program this into all settings, but as it is the dryer always resets to the default.

The buying experience was great as always with Best Buy. Delivery was on time, and the delivery guys we're quick and professional. This dryer exceeded our expectations with how quiet it is. The smart feature is also nice l, as it alerts me when then load is done drying.

We bought this with its companion washer and couldn't be happier. It is almost a year old and has been performing like a champ. I like all the features that it has and how easy it is to use and my wife is very happy that I do use it!!

This is a really good dryer. I purchased the washer also. The dryer is quite and dries the clothes very good. Connected WiFi to cell phone, it I don’t want to start dryer now I can start later from my cell phone. Beautiful in color.

We bought this as we moved into a new home and wanted a clean start (pun intended). It’s easy to use, cleans really well, and easy to maintain. The white makes it look subtle and it fours in the space well. Great height for beginners.

Love the size of this machine. More room for clothes to move freely and therefore they come out with less wrinkles.. Haven't tried the steamer or the wi fi yet. Machine runs quietly. Big upgrade from my last 20 year old machine.

Bet part was Bestbuy”s installation team that offered swift installation and appropriate training. We love the elevated installation with the drawer and are happy we spent the extra money. The units look sleek, are easy to operate and are quiet.
