I've had the dryer for a week now and so far it's great. Quickly dries clothes and time sensor will automatically adjust depending on dryness of clothes. Although the dryer is great, I don't think I'll ever buy major appliances from Best Buy again due to the small damage on the dryer.

The whole process is difficult and was the first time I have ever bought large appliances online. It was not a pleasing process. Still not really happy with this choice, the black ( only color available ) is very hard to read.

We have had this new washer and dryer set for just over two years and have had each of the machines repaired 3 times! I read one review that said he has put 6 pumps in his washer. LG started out good, but they are now using the cheapest parts possible. We are very light users. It is just my husband and me, and we are 69 and 70. It is not as if we are even washing anything big or heavy. I would not recommend LG washers and dryers to anyone. Worst appliances I have ever owned in my entire lifetime. Service is atrocious. Maybe we got lemons, but LG is unresponsive with their help. We also bought the extended warranty. A terrible mistake. Best Buy wants us to bring the machines to them to be worked on. Never again!

After much online research this seems to be a common problem with this dryer. It says there is a blockage when one doesn’t exist and dryer shuts off. I’m already on my second repair and this dryer was 1,000 dollars!
