My Christmas items smelled like my musty basement but had zero smell after running them through the steam cycle. Perfect for cleaning stuffed animals or bedding that's been stored for awhile. All of the other settings work well also, most often it dries faster than it originally displays.

The dryer works fine and has a variety of settings . Installation went well including the removal of our old washer and dryer. Best Buy provided competitive pricing for both the washer and the dryer. LG washers and dryers receive top ratings from objective rating services. Thus far ,this has been an excellent purchase.

From the manager who served us to the delivery guys I was most impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, caring and interest that I got exactly what I needed. I will stay a loyal Best Buy customer
