    Delivery was better than store experience. Had to go to home emprovement store to find a stack kit even though they showed in stock online. Dryer works as expected.

    We love our dryer. Except that it didn't come with the electric cord to plug it in! Craziest thing I ever heard of! Now you have to buy it.

    The delivery service was terrible. They left without installing the dryer. Called daughter to help with learning how to use the washer and dryer.

    Had installation done by your workers but had to return because of defective door however replacement door was also defective and now we had to purchase a new dryer and make another appointment to install

    Best Buy installers were quick and did a good job. The dryer did a good enough job initially, but after a few weeks we started to need to dry things twice. The ThinQ app requires absurd permissions (precice location), and makes it hard to find or add devices that communicate via audible beeps. That's right, this dryer links to the app by holding your phone mic close so it can listen to the beeps - no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. They still need your address and phone number, though. The heating element failed today, after about 4 months of responsible ownership. The diagnostic beeps told the app that everything is fine though, so now we'll see how LG's warranty process goes.

    needs a dewrinkled cycle cloths left in are wrinkled and I have to run a DRY cycle to un wrinkle them.
