Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this dryer in October 5, 2024 now is November 2, 2024 and it seemed to work good at first but we discovered that clothes that were made of polyester and cotton can't be dried together. So we started to dry them separately. The cotton still dryes slowly, we have to put it back at least 2 or more times on heavy duty cycles, It is really annoying that on weekends we have to babysit the dryer all day long. It give us Clear the Filter error several times while the filter is clean. It doesn't have a separate cycle for cotton like the other model we had before this.

I purchased a speed Queen less than 2 years ago and they were aweful! This LG set is perfect! Its simply abd gets my clothes clean. If your on the fence about this set, just buy it already. You WONT be sorry!

Love them my very new lg sets. 1st brand new set in my adult life. Laundry is done with in hour or less. Everything is clean and smell wonderful. Now if laundry would fold itself… perfect!!

The only complaint I have with it is the sensor dry does not work as well. It did on the other dryer I owned. I have to make sure it’s on very dry. In order to have my clothes completely dry.

The dryer was not drying my bedding, when you put on the settings. The only items this dried in one shot were the towels. Everything took more time to dry!

Tried two - both have issues with error codes.

Bestbuy installers came back checked my vent. Said motherboard is bad. We tried another brand new unit. Same prior on very first dryer load!! To Bestbuy’s credit they are allowing me to return the set and buy another brand.

Best Buy would not do anything to help with door issue. Extremely disappointed in this purchase and Best Buy’s response.
