Our previous experience with our LG dryer (10 years) was fantastic. So when we bought a new house it was really a no brainer to get a new LG washer and dryer. Love the feature set and ease of use. Took a bit of getting used to hearing the gas come on as I've never had a gas dryer before. Clothes are dry and fresh.

Large dryer works quietly and efficiently. Pleasant musical tone indicates when finished.

I had purchased the matching washing machine a couple of years ago and even though my old dryer was still operating, I decided to go ahead and get the matching dryer. I'm so glad I did! It's much quieter and does a great job drying laundry. And when it's finished drying, it plays a pleasant ring tone rather than the loud and obnoxious sound my old dryer made. I highly recommend!

This is the second dryer of this model, as the first one had to be returned because it leaked gas without even using. Best buy immediately replaced the original one and the replacement dryer works great. Very quite. We are very happy with Best Buy response and now the dryer.

We got this to replace an old dryer we had that broke down and this has been a much better upgrade. it's fast. it's much quieter than our previous one and it uses way less energy and gas by ALOT, better for our utility bills and the environment !

I replaced the same brand and similar model. I am pleased it has a 10-year guarantee on the motor. It is quiet, easy to operate and fit on top of my previous pedestal which was a huge savings. The installation was easy and the installers were knowledgeable and helpful.

1st- I had originally bought a washer/dryer stack unit from Home Depot, had it delivered but the delivery company only carried the standard 4 ft gas lien & that I would have to find the required longer 6 ft gas line. After spending 4 hrs with no success to determine the size of the gas line & locate one, I canceled the order from Home Depot & got my refund. I used Best Buy home consultants service to determine what I would need. The Best buy home expert consultant, Jeff Trinka, was very good. He new exactly what parts we need to replace the stack washer & dryer located in the condo downstairs closet. He new that we would need the 6ft gas line vs 4 ft gas line for successful install. 2nd-The vendor & staff that delivered, removed, & installed the new washer & dryer new exactly what they had to do. They called in advance, removed & installed the new washer & dryer in about an hour. Finally, we have had no issues with the LG stack washer/dryer since the install.

This Dryer work great, dry time is quick & clothes are dry the first time around.

Very happy with the LG 3400 washer and dryer. They are easy to operate and do a fantastic job. Also want to mention the excellent Best Buy installation team, Roman and David. They represented Best Buy very well and added to the good experience.

Received LG dyer on delivery date and time, service tech set up was perfect , dyer works great, we feel confident and very pleased with this purchase.

Put this in my rental. Wish I had one at home. An excellent dryer - dries quickly and thoroughly without wrinkles. Great Dryer.
