    The first dryer that they brought had a big dent in it and it was replaced within a week. When the second dryer was installed the guys completely crushed the exhaust line so I had to run a new one myself. The dryer does work well it takes a little longer to dry clothes than I thought it would but in general I’m very happy with it

    Had to replace my 15 year old washing machine so replaced the dryer as well since it took long to dry clothes. My neighbor had these exact models so I bought them since she loved hers. I am done with laundry in NO TIME now! Clothes come out clean, spin cycle gets almost every drop of water out of garments which means less time in the dryer!

    This dryer is good but not as good as the one it replaced. The old one was a Samsung. It had 3 features this one does not. At the end of the dry cycle it would keep tumbling the clothes so they did not get wrinkles. There was an interior light, and the drum was larger.

    Ive only had this dryer for a month or so and so far its working fine. I do wish that dryers were made like they use to be where you didnt have get on your knees to get the clothes out and you didnt have to buy the $300 drawer to get it off the ground! Ask me again in a year if its still working, most appliances these days arent made to last.
