We have only had the dryer a few weeks but so far it’s been good. One thing I feel is it takes time to heat up. I throw things in for a few minutes to get them unwrinkled and some of the dampness out before line drying and after 5-6 minutes it still seems cool in the dryer when opened unless it was just running from a previous load. In the other end, once the cycle is done it can be quite hot. So far I haven’t noticed anything shrinking but that is a fear and I’ve changed most normal cycle dry to medium heat.

we're loving our new washer and dryer. It looks great, of course, but it also dries quickly without heating to the point where your clothes can get damaged. It fits quite a bit more than our last dryer, too.

Great dryer. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because when you dry heavier items like towels with clothes on the auto cycle, the towels don't dry completely. I usually will just adjust to the manual setting and dry loads like this with high heat at 60 minutes

The dry sensor doesn't work well. Clothes are always damp. Therefore, the preset settings are useless; every load needs to be entered manually in order to dry for a specific amount of time instead of depending on the sensor.

My home had a set up for gas dryer so I thought of buying this item vs the electric one. Even though this one is $100 expensive than the electric one, this one will turn out to be cheaper in long run. Looks are definitely a plus for this dryer. We will see in long run how it performs. It has great capacity of 7.4 Cu ft.

The dryer is not loud at all, does the job well, nice color looks very elegant, has features for towels, bedding and others you can also time it, saves a lot of energy

It looks great. It has a smaller footprint but a larger capacity than our old unit. Drying times are very short and it us very easy to operate

The washer and dryer combos are beautiful Especially if you get the pedestals we’re an older couple in our 60s it’s much easier to do laundry when it’s elevated the washer that goes with this dryer is unbelievable

I bought it less than a year ago because we made the change to gas at home and as they are supposedly the best LG I decided to buy it, but I am not happy, the white clothes are getting stained (smoking) I called the guarantee and they told me that that does not cover it because it is aesthetic (I think it is a lack of respect). The company that installed them for me was the same one that installed the gas came and checked and the gas flow is perfect.

I can't say enough good things about this dryer. The capacity is great for a family of 4, it has many different settings and is very quiet.

This is really good product. I would buy it again. Saves us tons of time
