We had to leave our washer/dryer for our home buyer. Best Buy was great to work with! I joined their frequent buyer club. It notified me when my items went on sale, and they returned the money. I had to change my delivery, and I did it so easily on the app. Delivery guys were professional and pleasant. Delivery was on time. Great transaction. Thank you.

Sometimes you have to dry the load twice but i guess it’s ok for the most part

I have had the dryer for two weeks now and I am very satisfied with the performance of the dryer. My last LG dryer lasted 15 years.

It is a great dryer. Does everything i can think of and the cloths come out really soft. Mush better unit then the Samsung I had before.

I had this dryer in the older model for over 9 years. My mom had it for at least 6 years before that. It was STILL going strong when sold and replaced it with this updated model. Couldn’t afford Speed Queen, so this is the 2nd best option. Absolutely love the options and ease. The only change I don’t like is no light inside and the panel is dark, so it’s hard to see the lights when choosing the options.

It's our first gas dryer and it's great!!! Dries much faster than our 4 year old elecric LG dryer. Couldn't be happier!!!

LG gets great reviews. We needed a new dryer, this sounded like a great option. I'm disappointed. 1 - There is no interior light. 2 - The lint trap does not feel solid. Sliding it in and out is not smooth. 3 - The door opening and closing does not feel solid. 4 - The dryer settings have NEVER completely dried the clothes.

Sales team was super efficient - hats off to Victor and Marlin at the Norwalk VT store. Delivery and install team led by Mr. Kevin were awesome as well. Dryer is gas so plumbing skills were necessary and delivered professionally.

Seems to work pretty good. Drys faster than our old one. Wrinkle release works good.

Easy to install, looks good and easy to use. Different modes to try from with diffrent time settings.

This is good. I like the wrinkle control if I’m going to leave the house for awhile. All towels and bedding need to be done on the heavy duty setting which is high. Otherwise everything else is medium heat including bedding and towels.There are features on the control panel that don’t appear to be available on this model like adding more time and others. Only the wrinkle control is available. A disappointment. But it’s functional and works well.

Good dryer, love that it has Air Flow Sensor. Helps identify its the duct is clogged. Ran a cycle of jeans and pants only, they all came out tangled and wrinkled :(

VERY pleased with the washer/dryer set. Not pleased with delivery, they were suppose to remove the old appliances from the space but declined. Moved em out myself. Quick hookup and I was in business. Easy to use and understand interface (if you’re not chamging the setting move the knob onve to chamge temp etc) and whisper quiet. Super pleased

Silent you literally don’t hear it at all I have it in my living room and it’s perfect
