The Dryer has been excellent to work with, as has the LG customer service which we had to reach out to several times. The only drawback is that there is no light in the drum to assist in seeing. Otherwise, all to the good.

Not a big deal for us, but this model does NOT have an interior light. Also, clothes come out a little damp on the default Normal settings. Bumping the Dry Level up one takes care of that, but it's one extra step to remember before starting the dryer.

I love my new dryer. It has a very large capacity and it gets the job done. It is a lot different from my Samsung dryer in regards to time (it takes longer than Samsung) but other than that it perfect

Love it. Drys everything nicely. Even my large comforters. I really like using the app to check how much drying time is left and sending me a notification when the items are done. Plus the delivery team from best buy did a great job setting everything up.

Purchased the LG washer/dryer combo, replacing 14 y/o LG washer/dryer (which we never had a problem with!). Best Buy installation was efficient and professional. New units perform flawlessly. Both the washer and dryer have more options than we’ll ever need.

I love this dryer! It dries the laundry so quickly and very efficiently! Cant believe how quickly it dries our.comforters and towels. Any large load can be dried in less than 50 mins. Its very energy efficient aswell.

It’s very quiet and very efficient. I see that the dryer takes a lesser time compared to our previous dryer. I barely hear anything when it runs so it’s probably even better if you keep it in a separate room or closet.

It's working great so far. I love that I can use the app with it too. The controls are easy to use. I would definitely recommend to any one in the market for a new dryer . It makes my laundry room look so nice. It doesn't hurt that I got it for a great price too.

This dryer is great. Easy to use and does a great job drying our clothes. A perfect match with LG's washer. Suggest you purchase the matching riser to eliminate the need to bend over too far to load the clothes.

We had some issues with the installation of our new dryer due to the location our electric outlet. Our Best Buy advisor was very knowledgable and helpful in dealing with the problem. The dryer works great and meets all our expectations.

Whats better than an LG dryer? a Smart one. I love the fact this dryer is connectable via wifi and LG App. i can start clothes drying, get notified once it stops and so much more. it gives you a heads up if any issues arise. 5 out of 5

Terrific clothes dryer. The dryer is very quiet and dries a load of towels is 25 minutes. I also love the color! I would recommend this clothes dryer.

Great dryer. Recently purchased the set, and I have been completely satisfied. Downloaded the app but really haven’t used it to its potential. I’m notified when the cycle ends. Very satisfied
