Works great, however anything is better then my 15 year old dryer it replaced. LG makes some good stuff!

The wifi connectivity has streamlined our hectic routines. There are 8 of us and between work schedules and extracurriculars, we are never truly sure when we will be home. We dont want to leave clothes in the washer all day to mildew, but hate waiting until we get home to start a load. Now we can set a load to wash when we leave work and it will be running while we head home! This has saved us so much time and effort.

This is a great washer and LG kept the jingle, so I am happy. The preset cycles work well. I had to learn to use less detergent, especially if the water softener ran the night before and the water is too soft --lots of suds! I like that you have the options to use "tap cold," select an extra rinse, and have 3 levels of speed wash. It sits solid on the floor, I find the spin reasonably quiet, and doesn't beat up clothes. I highly recommend it!

Great value for a quality product. Works quietly and efficiently. For a base model unit this can’t be beat.

GREAT washer by a reliable and respectable brand-name. This is my first LG appliance and I do not regret it at all. My family does laundry frequently and this mid-range unit gets the job done. The pre-programmed cycles make it so easy, my toddler nephew can do the laundry! If you don't need any fancy cycles or care for advanced features, but still want the option to use them once in awhile, this is the unit for you.

Light weight but heavy duty! Very quiet! Enough attachments to fit any installation location.

I haven’t used this new dryer, yet, but I’m confident that I will be much more satisfied with it than I was with the last one I tried for a lesser price. The gentlemen from the Geek squad were so pleasant and professional! And they took the time to explain my new dryer to me. Way to go, Geek Squad!

Dryer works beautifully and quietly logical design but I love the wifi feature to run the machine.

Have had this unit for 4 months. Cleans well. Is easy to maintain. IoT support is great.

Dries clothing really quickly. I do miss the Steam Sanitize feature, that we had on a previous dryer. Otherwise, easy to use and works well.
