Dryer is great I love it. But I am not happy with Best Buy and the process of getting it. I was told in the store when I bought it that it would be delivered on Thursday. I had bought it on the Saturday before. Then Thursday comes and no dryer got delivered. So I called and they said that it was out of stock and had to find a warehouse that had it. That it would next Tuesday before it was delivered. I have a family of 6 we need to do laundry a LOT. Laundry mats are too expensive for us. I was not happy that I was not told what was going on.

This LG dryer is the best ever. It senses when the clothes are dry and it has 10 different types of settings. I love this machine. It is so easy to use too,

The LG dryer does an excellent job of drying. I like that you can change settings anytime during the cycle. It is quiet and efficient.

Works well and love the wifi where I am informed when the load is done. The dryer fits well in its location as it is not too big. Installation was easy.

QUICK DRYING AND VERY QUIET. PLAYS A LITTLE SONG AT THE END OF THE DRYING CYCLE INSTEAD OF A HARSH BUZZER.

This unit works great. The wifi feature is easy to set up and receive notifications on your phone but setting it up w Alexa more of a challenge. I wrote a bad review over my last dryer’s warranty request during the Shut down ( feel like a heal now) . Best Buy went out of their way to make it right for me. I usually buy their warranty with all my BB purchases and will continue do so. I also like their support for St. Judes. Very nice.

dries ok, lacks drum light , quiet, have not been able to use special setting delivery people did not demonstrate

Had to replace my 9 year old LG dryer and went with another LG to get the job done. This new dryer has some nice upgrades (WiFi) and seems to work even quicker. I needed a dryer with a Flow Sense mechanism as my 7 year old home has issues with the roof placement of the dryer vent. My old LG had it and so does this new one so I feel confident that I will know the status of the dryer vent and when it will be time to have the vent professionally cleaned out.

The dryer is silent and much better than the machine it replaced. I’m pleased with the purchase!
