Efficiency, quite, energy saver and easy to use etc

Good quality, nice design, easy to use, compact and effective

My mother lives in an assisted living facility. Her one piece washer/dryer died recently. After doing some quick research on Best Buy .COM This was a perfect match. Setup and haul-away of the old washer was quick and simple. So far Love IT.

I have always had purchased "used"washing machines and dryers. I never thought it would be worth the extra money to buy nice new ones. I thought they'd all be pretty much the same. I decided to splurge and buy the LG washer and dryer. I love them. They are easy to use and are very efficient and clean and dry very well. The process of deciding which brand and model was a tedious one, but there were a few things I knew I wanted...Front loading, high performance, and large enough to do bigger loads without any encumbrances in the tubs. Best Buy had the best price and the sale went smoothly. The delivery guys were very professional, on time, and knowledgable. I appreciated that they installed everything neatly and to my satisfaction. I had called late to get a recycle pick up for my old washer and dryer, but they were on the ball and took them on the day of delivery of the new ones with no problem. I appreciated that they were organized and so was I. I read all of the instructions for delivery day and did what was asked. I appreciated that they did what I asked too! Easy experience. Nice product.

Great dryer at a great price. Very easy to use and quiet.

Great washer. So far, so good. Really like the large capacity and clothes come out really clean. only downside I’ve found is that the programs are do not store changes. If you only want to wash in cold water, you have to change it to cold every wash. The downloaded programs are not able to be modified either. You can pick from a bunch of pre-configured programs, but can not change them in any way.

Dries clothes quickly even on low heat. Clothes come out static free and with less wrinkles than my last expensive dryer. I agree with previous reviews that the settings are hard to read without any backlighting. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars. I would have given it 4.5 if I could have.

Excellent dryer. It only took a few minutes to figure out all the technologically advanced controls, and realize the for the majority of use you only need to learn a couple of settings. It's very quite compared to most other dryers. I LOVE the fact that you can turn off all the beeping warnings.

My Previous dryer went out multiple times. After replacing everything from the thermostat to the heating element I was fed up and decided to purchase this beauty. Thus far, It has been a pretty good investment. My clothes are dry a lot faster and it is a lot quieter. I would definitely recommend.

Satisfied with washer and Dryer. Easy to operate, very quiet when running.

Excited about the washer but not quite as excited about the dryer. We installed all new ductwork from inside through the outside when installing this dryer, so I know the ductwork isn’t clogged, but this machine has never gotten a load dry in just one run of the cycle. I’m not sure if something is wrong with it or if it’s user error. The size of the load doesn’t matter. Our other front load dryer had a drying sensor on it. It would light up, show it was sensing the drying time left, and keep drying. Only super full loads of bath towels OR loads of lots of sheets that got tangled in the dryer had to be restarted in that one (different brand.) Maybe that one was just better at sensing the amount of drying time it still needed. I think I need to play around with this new one for a bit and come up with a custom program to ensure it runs long enough to make CERTAIN everything is dry. It’s a pain having to dry every load twice. Other than that, it seems great!

I love my new cycle smart dryer. It's easy to use and a good energy saver.

This dryer definitely has a learning curve (I was waaaay to used to my old dryer), but a quick read of the manual, and I was up to speed right away! I'm still figuring out timing for certain fabrics, but I really like this dryer. (Plus, the little tune it plays makes me giggle)

It is the small details that sometimes is the biggest payoff. I love the height of the dryer and the ease to load and unload it. The wrinkle free cycle works perfectly since I am not big on ironing anything. The design is stylish and was an amazing upgrade to my laundry room.

Replaced a gas dryer with this energy star rated electric dryer. It was the good option with its matching washing machine from same manufacturer. The option selection is very easy and gives more flexibility in drying different type of cloths. Only issue I see is lint was found at the bottom of the door outside the actual collecting filter area. Haven't tested the wifi yet.

Easy to use settings for different types of loads... quiet operation.

Excellent dryer. We owned an older model for more than 8 years and when we moved we got the newer model because of its dependablability. All other stores had the unit on backorder but Best Buy had them in stock. Installers were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Sensor dry features are adequate, but often tend to under-dry, but I would prefer it that way to avoid damaging clothing. I basically always set this to 'delicates' and set it for maximum dry setting so that it runs at low temp for longer. Overall satisfied with the quality/features/price point.
