First dryer that was delivered was dented pretty badly so had to wait for another delivery. Wish we had chosen a different machine, but this was my wife’s dream dryer. Again, severely disappointed.

I'm more than most positive they do that so you will buy the 27" way overpriced stand with the draw. which will cost you an extra 400 dollars, unbelievable The Machine is lovely, just not for people with back problems; it is too small. And not for people over 5'4 feet. I'm still shocked at how short this machine is. And just so whoever looks at this, please know that I've been dealing with Best Buy on washers and dryers since April either they don't fit my needs or they shut down or the glass starts to crack. CRAZY INDEED

Nice dryer

Yet to explore several options but normal drying is not as good as our old dryer. So need to run additional cycle to get warm / fresh clothes. Adding a pedestal can help our backs so we stop bending.

If you need anything quick dried good luck. We have to dry clothes for over an hour and a half. And even then sometimes its still very damp. Ive had it since july 2022 and 8 months into owning it and then all the issues starter. Tried calling LG and they are zero help so good luck. Feels like we just set money on fire with this purchase. Now we have to buy a brand new dryer. Dont buy it. Read the other reviews seems like a very common issue.

Best Buy is terrible, get it from Home Depot

Best Buy is making me pay the difference since I got it on Black Friday. I’m a elite plus member & total tech member; but none of that means anything. Best Buy is terrible. This is the last time I buy anything from them. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to resolve their mistake and still no resolution.
