My issue is that I got a email saying my total tech warranty has been canceled and we returned the set., Numerous calls and no one has a answer why the warranty was canceled and we never returned. So if any Best Buy people read this, can you fix the issue? After 3 calls and on hold they don't know how and one rep promised a email confirming it being fixed in 12-24 hours after a Manager looked at it...No emails and another call to Best Buy to try to put back what someone messed up....Thank you

ZERO steam at any point of the dry cycle. I'm not sure if it even works the way LG states and shows in their Youtube videos. I have videos of what happens as well. Try it on your DLEX4500 and I bet you don't get steam.
