Way better than the GE we originally purchased. I had the GE for almost a month. I disliked the GE door etc. My LG has been great. Good steam cycle and gentle dry options. No complaints.

Dryer works great and looks great. Works quietly. Has a lot of settings depending on what you’re drying. LG washers and dryers are highly rater by Consumer Reports and that influenced our purchase. I’d recommend this dryer and also the matching washer.

Bought this to pair with the matching washer. Overall we are satisfied, the dryer has many features and modes, but it feels like the humidity sensor needs to be a bit more sensitive. We've had some loads of clothes come out a bit damp and the dryer thinks they are dry.

Great dryer, works as expected. I would have liked a better lift trap, it's a single side trap versus a fold over. It seems a little flimsy but it seems to work

The best teacher of this dryer is that it lets you know if there's a blockage in the vent. This helps me find blockage and get it fixed before burning up my dryer or my house!

it has a learning curve with all the available options, but so far its very user friendly, and its easy to download the entire user manual in case you have any questions, or want to look up what a function does.

my review of the dryer is top notch. 5 stars from me. LG is excellent in the washer and dryer category. my issue is with Best Buy and their lack of working smarter not harder. be aware when/if you purchase this dryer and it has the steam function, it requires a water hose hooked up to a Y connector to your cold water outlet for your washing machine. you would think Best Buy would know this and their system would show this is needed when you set up installation. unfortunately, i have to now waist 1/2 day waiting for them to come fix this issue. can i do this myself? absolutely, but i shouldn’t have to.

The multiple options are awesome. Quick dry when your in a rush then the timer dryer. Haven’t learned how to connect the wifi but I think It’ll make this process easier.

Needed a new washer and dryer and went eith this model thanks to the help of a Best Buy Representative. My wife and I absolutely love both washer and dryer! They work wonderful! Some great features on both. Highly recommended!

great replacement for an old piece of ........ Part of the problem was the old vent wasn't properly connected didn't find it out until the new one was installed

Great dryer! Had ordered the same one from Cos-Tco and it came damaged. Waited and waited and couldn’t wait no more! Ordered from BB and got it in 3 days. Thumbs up to the delivery guys.

It works fine , however some dents and little wear and tear but for the most part it works fine and my mom is happy with it.

I’ve had this dryer for a few weeks now. So far everything is going well. Everyone comments on how beautiful this set looks. Happy with this purchase. Only negative is the steamer could be a tad better.

Love it. Replaced a Samsung front load that was 10 years old which I liked alot but so much has changed. I do like the connected features that inform me if I have a problem before it disables my machine. So far no regrets.

Have used a few times now and the dryer tends to produce wrinkly clothes. I have even tried the steam to fix the problem but no go. It is too bad but things aren't built like they used to be. We like the capacity and footprint but to me spend more money developing the capability and functionality and less on it being "connected". Don't get me wrong, I am technically adept but all I want is a good washer and dryer!

My first LG washer and dryer still work after 14 years, it was time for new ones and bought LG again for the quality and for long lasting machines they are. The ones work amazing! Extremely happy with my purchase 10/10!

Great dryer i like how it had wifi so you can turn it on and run it from the app and you also get a notification when your clothes are done drying

Even better than the 3900 series washer that I had before having to hop coasts (no sense in carting it cross country). Quieter and faster.

I love this smart dryer. I also love that the app is so user friendly and helps a lot to keep track of the laundry.
