The towels take at least 2 cycles... the moisure sensor option clearly doesn't work. Frustrating....

The dryer has Steam but when I ordered it no Steam Kit purchase option was offered. When the dryer was installed, I was informed that because I didn't purchase the Steam Hookup Kit, the steam hookup could not be done. I have been trying to get this resolved but it has been a difficult and time-consuming process. It seems to me that if you are selling a dryer with Steam capacity, you would automatically include it as a purchase item for the installation.
