I love the new dryer. It is spacious and dries my clothes quickly.

In simple words, I love this dryer! It has a lot of versatile features. Keeping track of what's happening with the ThinQ app is great and works flawlessly. The only thing that has been a problem is with a small load of mostly synthetic materials some of them come out still damp at the end of a sensor cycle. 5-10 minutes done on a manual cycle usually gets those few things dry. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load. Also, to get the steam functions, make sure you order the steam kit. I had to order and install that myself afterwards.

LG products are exceptionally of good quality. The performance is excellent. The machines are working perfectly.

So far it is working great. Quite, sleek and does a good job at drying. Delivery team was wonderful and kind.

So far everything has been great. I am looking into buying the bottom drawers as I am 5’9 and when doing multiple loads it starts to hurt my back since it’s close to the floor. Washes great and drys fast.

Fits the limited space we had + was able to be vented in a very small space (with additional purchase of specially shaped vent.) Works well & dries without damage. Easy to clean filter. Good capacity even for towels or bedding. Easy to use. Just enough extra useful features without being too overwhelming. Only thing I'd change is the "jaunty" tune it plays at the end of a cycle. It gets old after the first few times & I'd like to either change it, shut it off, or just have it be a beep or two.

This dryer works well, but its not perfect. I find myself adding more time and bypassing the suggested ai drying feature after the wash cycle from the matching washing machine. If I let the machine auto select the dry cycle things are still damp and I have to add a little more time and also make it a little hotter. Im sure its an energy saving feature, but I prefer the clothes to be fully dry. With all that being said though, the machine is beautiful and I like the app and many of the dryer features.

We love this dryer, however, are cloths come out pretty damp when we use the steam setting. Perhaps we just need to figure out how to use it properly? I thought I wanted all the bonus features of this dryer, but I've found I really don't use them. We are pretty simple with our laundry needs.

Best dryer I’ve had! I washed bulky sheets and it dried on the first dry cycle. Easy to use and nice addition that it can be connected to the app for notifications to my phone.

We love our LG Dryer and Washer! High efficiency and steam powered for the win! Saves money and water and we can check it out via the app through notifications on our WiFi network. No issues!

Purchased as companion to the washer, dries faster than older dryer. Feature rich. Purchased from outlet center with a couple scratches, little dings… not a problem for something in the utility room!

We recently purchased this dryer as open box and love it! So what that there was a small scratch on the side that goes against the washer. The value was great. The machine itself is a delight to use. The various settings are what sets this machine apart. Our drying cycles are cut in half from what our old machine (25 year old Whirlpool) was capable of doing. Using the app on our phone is a breeze. We did not purchase the pedestals and have no problem with the height. When we are ready to purchase a washer, we will no doubt go with LG. On a side note, we purchased the extended warranty directly from the LG website. The coverage was significantly more than BestBuys and was a fraction of the cost.

The LGs are great! These are replacing our old set. Installation was great too!

I recently had to replace my old LG dryer (purchased from Best Buy in October 2007). Although the dryer continued to tumble items, it did not heat. I am very happy with the purchase I made in February 2024. It's stunning to look at in my utility room and functions very efficiently. I haven't tried the steam functionality yet, but look forward to using it.

I love the steam feature of this dryer the most. Most shirts come out perfect, no wrinkles, saving me lots of money on dry cleaning.

Lots of bells and whistles. Very pleased with look as well as capabilities of product. It may be one down from the top of the line but it sure performs like the top! Good value

Best Dryer I’ve ever used. Its quiet, user friendly, and gets the job done on ever large bulky bedding.

This dryer is working excellent. One thing I enjoy is the flowse se which will stop the dryer when it senses the optimal drying of the clothes
