LG makes them good. No issues at all 3 months in. Can only say good about it. If you need an effective and efficient machine here you go

Great unit washer is also comparable much needed improvement from the last edition. Unit has been perform an exceptionally well and the Best buy protection plan is second to none compared to any other place you could have purchased the item from

Review is mixed. Some people very good and attentive, others not so much. There was confusion on getting the Certificate of Insurance needed by my facility for delivery. Initially when I received the COI, I thought it was for a different vendor. When I compared with a competitor's order specifications, I noticed the Best Buy order was missing a needed part which then needed to be added. I was waiting all morning for the delivery. When I hadn't heard anything, I checked email and saw a note saying it had been delivered, but I didn't have it. When I finally reached someone I was told it was not coming and I had to be reschedule. Certainly not the smoothest experience. So far, however, I am pleased with the product.

I've use LG dryer for years. My first lasted 14+, and I spent maybe $500 over the life of it maint. This unit is very functional and easy to use.

One of the cleanest looking dryer in have ever owned. This is my second LG dryer and the first one was awesome it just got old. This one seems more efficient.

I love the color of my dryer. The cloths come out perfectly dry. Not over dry like my old one did.

Drys very well. Towels will sonetimes be damp but you can just used time dry wirh energy saver off.

Love LG washer and dryers. Had two and just bought more. Great quality, good functions. I also bought all of them from Best Buy, which does not have the widest selection in store, but loads of choices online, and I love how easy it is to schedule delivery. Plus the installers are usually excellent.

Consumer Reports rated LG in the top brands, and this is our second set. This dryer is very nice and we like the steam option.

Dries quickly and quietly. A huge improvement over the old one.

We love this dryer....as well as the matching washer we purchased. I looked and looked and had to wait on both of these...but I am very happy that I did and not just settle on what we could get the quickest. My only complaint is that I empty the lint trap after every load out of habit. Unless I turn it off and turn it back on, it doesn't recognize that and reminds me to do it again. I'm having to retrain myself to just wait and empty the trap at the beginning of the load so I don't have to keep turning it on and off constantly. It is a small thing though.

Love this dryer. Easy to use and dries most loads in the first try. Easy install. Just make sure you buy the correct plug separately.

Great dryer, only issue is the only way to dry on low heat is to use the “time dry” option since everything else is high heat. Otherwise a great product.

Bought this for my wife, she is extremely happy with it. Very quiet. The anti vibration feature truely works. Turbo wasy is no gimmick.
