Some people very good and attentive, others not so much. There was confusion on getting the Certificate of Insurance needed by my facility for delivery. Initially when I received the COI, I thought it was for a different vendor. When I compared with a competitor's order specifications, I noticed the Best Buy order was missing a needed part which then needed to be added. I was waiting all morning for the delivery. When I hadn't heard anything, I checked email and saw a note saying it had been delivered, but I didn't have it. When I finally reached someone I was told it was not coming and I had to be reschedule. Certainly not the smoothest experience. So far, however, I am pleased with the product.

So once you wash a load simply turn on the dryer throw the load in and push start the info from the wash was transferred to the dryer and setting are selected for you. The dryer also senses how dry the clothes are so a cycle may say 30min but after the dry detects the dryness of the clothes it will adjust the time to not over dry or waste energy.

First time used I was given an error code to let me know there was an issue with my vent. I had to replace my venting system due to a clog. Repair man was surprised we didn’t have a fire. Dryer saved us we would have not known. Love it

I looked and looked and had to wait on both of these...but I am very happy that I did and not just settle on what we could get the quickest. My only complaint is that I empty the lint trap after every load out of habit. Unless I turn it off and turn it back on, it doesn't recognize that and reminds me to do it again. I'm having to retrain myself to just wait and empty the trap at the beginning of the load so I don't have to keep turning it on and off constantly. It is a small thing though.

Clothes come out so nice, doesn’t get too hot and haven’t had any shrinking problems. I’m not sure if it’s because my last dryer was just a basic one but I am convinced that this dries super fast. I included this in my review for the matching washer but if you are getting this for the steam function, there is another hose needed for that. It wasn’t included in the products necessary for the Best Buy install but the installer said to get it and it would be an easy hookup.
