Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service

Love the cycles available and app integration to add more. I have mine stacked and it is still easy to use and still reach all controls.

Not sure about all the different settings, it seems the drying time does not dry jeans and sweatpants on normal. Unable to add settings to some of the settings

Each drying cycle can be tailored to fit each unique load for efficiency and dry time. One thing that is very helpful about the app is that it informs you with the remaining dry time. Very efficient! Best Buy installers were on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

Start / Stop or receive alert when clothes are done. Lots of options and affordable!

I am completely satisfied with this dryer. No it does not have all the options, but at the price point it is adequate for doing every day laundry. My last LG dryer lasted at least 15 years. It needed the heating element replaced. This was the second time. I decided it was time for a new dryer and donated the other.

Lots of settings to make it work just exactly as you need it to. The extensive manual helps with that. The steam function is such a plus for freshening up items. Great design, love the black steel. Good price too (especially with the no interest financing). Would definitely recommend.
