    I have yet to use this item because BestBuy installed it incorrectly weeks ago and has failed to return, despite many appointments, to fix the installation.

    I love my new washer and dryer. They work perfectly. They are both very smooth with no vibration. Auto-sensing on the dryer works perfectly every time - no more restarting for not-dry items.

    The color of the washer doesn't match the color of the dryer... kind of annoying. you would think these would be identical! i understand possible different dye lots and such... but its more than that!
