    Very happy with functions and capacity - sensor seems a little off in that I do need to adjust the programming to have it dry the clothes a little more before it automatically turns off.

    Had to turn in the washing machine because the space was too small for the Georgia open to load the laundry soap so I turn the dryer back into and got top loaders and a different dryer

    We thought we would like this based on reviews and Consumer Reports. We like the capacity. However, there is excessive lint in the front door and the sensors don't seem to work for "normal" dry. We have needed to increase the temperature and the dry time for what used to be normal on our previous Samsung.

    We like the washer. It was a little concerning when we went to pick up the washer and it was laying on its side. The instructions says it should always be upright.

    Our existing dryer died. Repair companies here said they were so far out they weren't even taking appointments. So this was the best SET I could find in stock. Yes .. that was my only research I did.. can I get it this weekend? That said.. this set is pretty nice except 1 kinda big deal... it doesn't dry so great... no matter the size of load you have to turn the dry setting to high each time otherwise the cloths don't come out dry. Now that we have both just become used to changing setting before start the rest is fine.
