It’s all good. I replaced a total lemon (new) Maytag dryer with the LG. The LG is working great. I want to give a shout out to Best Buy for their Total Tech program and their excellent customer service. After a terrible experience with Maytag’s customer support Best Buy’s Total Tech people stepped up and helped me replace my lemon with a great appliance.

Very happy with our washer and dryer so far. No complaints, and love the app reminder that each load is finished, plus the ability to check remaining time on a cycle from my phone instead of going all the way downstairs to check. Super convenient!

Love LG washer and dryers. Had two and just bought more. Great quality, good functions. I also bought all of them from Best Buy, which does not have the widest selection in store, but loads of choices online, and I love how easy it is to schedule delivery. Plus the installers are usually excellent.

We got this at an open box discount which knocked it down to about half price. The dryer was literally never used, just had a large dent on the side. It works perfectly and is a fantastic dryer. The steam option is also really cool. I still need to figure out all the fancy stuff, but it does it's job drying clothes thoroughly very well. Highly recommended.

Second LG Dryer - sold my old dryer as the colors did not match and the stacking kit did not work from my old one on my new dryer. First dryer had for 16 years.

This is a great dryer I have it paired with the matching washer and the one feature that is super easy is the IA function. So once you wash a load simply turn on the dryer throw the load in and push start the info from the wash was transferred to the dryer and setting are selected for you. The dryer also senses how dry the clothes are so a cycle may say 30min but after the dry detects the dryness of the clothes it will adjust the time to not over dry or waste energy.

I be had this product for about a month now. The dryer works well on multiple types of clothes and is faster than our old one. It looks fantastic and is mostly easy to operate. The lint cleaner also seems to catch more than our last one. It’s a smart appliance so it can work off your phone and Alexa using the LG app, which also gives additional cycles that are useful like gym clothes and baby clothes (if you have one). I’d give it 4.5 if I could. The only drawbacks are that it does not come with the drying rack, and there is not a way to program a favorite cycle. Our last LG had a special cycle that we programmed to allow us to dry clothes to a damp cycle that allowed us to hang them and not dry them all the way. This one does not.

I got this to match the washer and I’m very happy with it. Clothes come out so nice, doesn’t get too hot and haven’t had any shrinking problems. I’m not sure if it’s because my last dryer was just a basic one but I am convinced that this dries super fast. I included this in my review for the matching washer but if you are getting this for the steam function, there is another hose needed for that. It wasn’t included in the products necessary for the Best Buy install but the installer said to get it and it would be an easy hookup.

One year in and still impressed with the quality of this dryer. Cycles are consistent and easy. Have not had a hangup in any way. Smart features and Alexa integration are valuable.

This dryer is amazing! It drys so fast. The clothes come out smelling so fresh. It has so many options to choose from. The steam cycle is great! If you need a dryer this one is the right choice!

We had an older LG dryer that we were very happy with but it had to be replaced. This dryer is even better. It dries faster and there are several more cycles to choose from.

So far so good. It’s been 2 months of usage and we are loving it. The smart features make it convenient to monitor your load from anywhere as long as the cycle complete feature’s notification is activated on your phone.
