It is quite , big capacity , smart and nice design I would like to recommend it to my friend

Our last LG washer and dryer set lasted through 10 years of hard use and multiple moves around the country. They were still going, albeit not as well as they once did, so we decided to get a new set before they died completely and left us waiting on replacements. This new set is every bit as good and more. They're basically the same as the last set although they do seem quieter. I thought the WiFi connectivity was gimmicky at first but it was easy to set up and ended up being a helpful feature. Hopefully this set will outlast the previous one since we won't have as many moves in our future. Either way, highly recommended!

Loving it so far! Specially how easy to use and large it is. You could definitely use this for washing a ton of towels or bedding. It is such a sleek look and feels so fancy. I love it!

So far so good...newer appliance for us but so far the initial usage is fantastic...quiet as can be and does what it is supposed to. The steam function is a fantastic perk!

Really nice dryer. It’s extremely quiet, has multiple setting and is convenient to use. Dries everything quickly and has a really cool tone to let you know it’s done.

Great dryer, nice sized to dry large loads and big comforters. The wifi and App make it nice to know when the load is finished...the little tune it plays is worthless since my laundry is in our basement. Only thing I haven't figure out is how to get this dryer to "Talk" to the washer to figure the drying time. Every time I start the dryer, it indicated 41 minutes.

The dryer is quiet and does a great job. I haven't tested all of its capabilities yet but so far so good. It has lots of features but it is super simple to figure out and use.

Super high capacity. Dryes fast. Well made and easy to use. Looking forward to saving some money on electric bill.

Easy setup. Only thing I wish I did was read the instruction book on how to use it. I been using minimal dryness and had to up my level. Lol

The LG washer and dryer were delivered and installed September 2, 2021. We have used it 4-5 times and everything worked very well. A plus is that we can now wash our comforters at home instead of having to go to a laundromat. We are still getting used to just dialing to the type of laundry to be washed and dried rather than having to select water temperature, fabric, etc. As we gain more experience with the new washer and dryer, I believe we will be comfortable in using all of their features. Both the washer and dryer controls are easy to learn and use.

Very quite, plenty of programs. Having it connected to WiFi sounds silly but getting notified that a cycle is over is actually a huge help. Installing it yourself is easy. If you have a 3 prong socket and the wire in the wall has the 4th, grounding, wire you should replace it with a new, 4 prong socket and cable. Not sure who’s idea it was to run a 30Amp appliance in a wet environment without grounding… the 4200 model has a light inside the drum, which is the only upgrade from the 4000 as far as I can tell. Overall awesome dryer.

Incredible dryer. Bought to match a washer we needed a few months ago. Was on sale as well. But wow, works great, drys fast and as dryers go very quiet.

Great dryer our second LG dryer and only brand we considered. Best Buy had it in stock with matching washer when no one else did.

We have been using this unit for a little over a month. The construction, materials, and technology are top notch. It has an exceptionally large range of features that are surprisingly self-explanatory and, when not completely clear, backed up by an easy-to-understand manual. People considering purchase of a new high-end dryer should not miss the fact that LG uses direct-drive technology, so you never have to worry about a belt failing. Also noteworthy is how quiet this unit is--we no longer need to close the utility room door when doing laundry.

Great features and options. The machine is very quiet and lots of capacity.

My wife liked her previous dryer but likes this on even more. The only thing that we would like to see different is that some of the programmed cycles do not allow for any adjustment at all. The user should be able to turn each setting up/down one notch in every category. Yes, it may not make sense to use hot water on delicates in general, but if I want to take the risk and turn it up a notch, I should be able to. Since every selection has about five levels, allowing a slight adjustment is actually small.
