Love this washer. Much quieter than my last. Easy button settings. No need to choose load size, it will spin and measure the load weight itself. It saves me on detergent as well.

Delivered and installed within 20 min, easy-peasy. Very modern and sleek looking, feels very sturdy! The control dial spins nicely. LCD screen is clean and bright. Dare I say, I’m in love.

Been using for a month now and really enjoy it. This is my first front loader and I definitely feel like ive been missing out my whole life. Really enjoying steam refresh and the quick drying time.

Purchased this to replaced a 20 year old top loader. I've had had a Samsung front loader system bedore, and didnt have any issue with it. However the LG had more features and options than the equivalent Samsung (price range) and i really never cared for the roundness of the Samsung models whereas the LG are more flat and squared. Installation was a piece of cake and settimg the washer up in the ThinQ software only tool a few minutes. The washer is one of the quietest washers i have ever heard!! Even at max spin, a baby coild be sleeping in a basket on top of the washer and the baby would not wake up!! I also purchased the matxhing dryer and the riser drawers for both. Extremely please with the performances and close come out extremely clean!!

I should not have waited so long to get a new dryer! My pants almost looklike they have been pressed. I don't get the wrinkles like I used to. Clothes are fluffed up. So many options for type of drying you choose to use. I can also put more clothing in this dryer and it does not take near as long to dry anything. I always pull out clothes before the cycle is even completed. The pedestal is a must for me being short. Love the container that is now supplied with it too.

Purchased the LG washer and dryer. Previously owned a Kenmore and a Maytag. This dryer is quite and overall performs well. It does dry hotter on low than the Maytag. I do LOVE the WiFi and LG app which sends a notification to my iPhone and Apple Watch when the cycles complete. I thought WiFi on a washer and dryer was a gimmick but, I have to say I’m loving the functionality especially if I’m on another level of the house or I get busy. I do believe the majority of consumers will never use 12 cycles and the controls could be greatly simplified!

We are very pleased with this dryer. The installation went very well and the dryer works as advertised. We have not had a chance to use the steam functionality yet but really like the LQ ThinQ app to give us the status of the dryer. Only slight negative comment is that the medium default setting of the dryer can result in some clothes coming out damp. We increase the 'dryness' setting and they come out fine.

This machine works great. It was delivered on time and is very easy to use. It is sitting on a drawer to bring it up to eye height and limited bending. I’m loving it. When I’m ready they can be brought up to main level and stacked on washer . Perfect set for my needs.

Best dryer we have ever had. I have already had it for two years. A little pricey, but looks great. Has fast drying cycles. You can even adjust the heat if it is too hot. Only feature I’m not thrilled with is steam function. It basically sprays water in a stream on your clothes and doesn’t really steam. I’m not sure if it’s broke or that’s how it works. Large capacity. I also got the pedestal so I don’t have to bend over, and there is more storage. Overall really great dryer. I’m glad I spent the extra money and got what I wanted.

We selected the dryer based off Consumer Reports suggestion for reliability. Absolutely love this dryer. It's too quiet. Not a bad thing, just difficult to tell when it is finished. The settings are tricky due to the Steam function but, easy enough to figure out quickly. The best feature is the Antibacterial and Steam Sanitary settings. Takes half the time our last dryer did for the same size loads. I can also fit our super king comforter inside this model. Great buy that I highly recommend.

Love my new LG front load dryer! Even with the original back order and then dryer exchanged, Best Buy did their best to make it right! Now love the new one and all seems to be going very well. They were very helpful and fair to me even after the 2 week return date! The installation and service was excellent in every way. I know I can trust them next time I need a major purchase!
