Me and my wifr love this dryer. We were a little nervous about the open box condition But there were few blemishes. Works like a charm. Very satisfied

It has been about a month now since we purchased this item after much contemplation. It works very well silently (which was a big deal for us) and we have been very satisfied so far. Wireless function lets me know when a cycle ended.

Love the steam. When I forget to empty it, I can use steam to take the wrinkles out.

This LG dryer is great! It holds a large amount of clothes and or towels which was not possible with our last dryer. Having all the different cycles has been great. Especially love the towels, permanent press, heavy duty, and bedding. Very happy with this machine.

This dryer is very good for me, because of the size and fast settings for getting things done.

Extremely happy with this purchase. I've always had good luck with LG appliances; but one cool feature that has helped ease my mind is it will stop the cycle if the lint screen gets too full to dry effectively and safely. So even if you forget, it catches that and protects the itself and your house by stopping the cycle.

Love this dryer- especially the steam function. It works great! Just don't overload the dryer if using the steam function or it won't be as effective.

So we have only had the LG dryer a couple of days, but have already dried about 13 loads in it while playing catch up on laundry. It’s quiet, it’s fast, and there are many features and settings to choose from.

The machine a 5, the customer service prior to deliver a big time 0. I’d be giving a 0 rating if it were based on customer service but since this is about the machine, the machine is great. Quick, durable, and quiet. Recommend, but maybe not from Best Buy.

Switched to LG because LG rated #1. Huge Disappointment for such a cost. How are these rated so high??? Received twice - original new & replacement dryer. Gave replacement dryer a longer shot but does not dry. This 4000 model dryer does not dry! Forget using delicate cycle - does not dry. Load is not slightly damp - it is totally WET!! Have to reset cycle at least 5 times on any cycle even on sensor - no less than 2.5 - 3 hours to dry, even less than full load! Isn’t that the point of sensor?? My old broken dryer only took 45 min for full load to fully dry! Now I have to be on standby (who has time for that???) otherwise clothes stay wet & smell. Wish I could have my old dryer back!!! They make these to break at 10 years on purpose! But you cannot replace with like kind. My Mom’s is literally 50 years old and still runs, & dries better than this!! Was not expecting same but did expect more reliability for a much needed & costly appliance. New & improved does not mean work adequately!!!! Wish we consumers could demand actual working displays in showroom to test run before the hassle of two deliveries, lost weeks without ability to dry clothes and now stuck with much longer use times. Expected better!

Love it! The look of these was what sold me on them as our washer and dryer is visible and not in a laundry room and they look so sharp! Also both the washer and dryer are silent!

Delivery was timely, and very professional. Installed a new power cord and hooked up the vent ourselves. Wife loves it. Everything works better than expected. Perfect match to our existing washer.

First front load and it been really good so far. Does a good job on getting the clothes clean.

I have only had this dryer for a short amount of time but so far it has meet my expectations. I would recommend it.

This dryer is very user friendly. Very easy to clean out. It handles larger loads with ease including comforters.

Quiet and efficient. Nice dryer. Very happy with it. Can dry quite the load of laundry. More than you can wash honestly. Has a light inside, the ai sense drying is awesome. Automatically adjusts the time and heat if you want it to. So the energy efficiency is great.
