I am so impressed with this machine. It is so quiet, so fast and beats my old dryer by miles. Love it!

Our washer and dryer were at least 13 years old so when we started having problems with the washer we thought it wise to replace both. We are happy we did. The new dryer is not as noisy and dries better than our old dryer. They were on sale so we are happy with the purchases.

Great washer so far. It will take a while to learn all the features but I don't have any complaints about the efficiency of washing the clothes yet. It is very quite and I like the notification sound when it is finished with a load.

Love the gentle, yet efficient, heat of this dryer. Runs quietly, and the door handle design is great. Didn’t plan to get the steam feature, but it was a good choice. Steam helps reduce wrinkles in clothes and minimizes or eliminates ironing. It’s the perfect dryer!

Dries the wet clothes. Lots of choice on the dial but just set to regular and go - then clothes are dry.

I purchased the gas and dryer set. Every easy to use, LOVE the steam wash and dry option. With many options to chose from it makes it easy to wash and dry clothes without trying to figure out the standard settings.

This dryer is working excellent. One thing I enjoy is the flowse se which will stop the dryer when it senses the optimal drying of the clothes

Works great! There are many different programs. All of them are helpful for everyday use. There is a program for sanitizing. All items look new after drying. There is a control function via Wi-Fi. It is very comfortable. A special application on the phone informs you when the drying is over. Also, through the application, you can select programs, turn it on and off remotely. Looks very modern, it is very roomy. Each program performs its function perfectly. The drying program for delicate items is amazing! And it works very quietly! You can turn it on at night or program it to turn it on at night so that things are dry by morning. I especially recommend it to those with small children. This model has a steam program. I love this dryer!

We recently purchased this dryer as open box and love it! So what that there was a small scratch on the side that goes against the washer. The value was great. The machine itself is a delight to use. The various settings are what sets this machine apart. Our drying cycles are cut in half from what our old machine (25 year old Whirlpool) was capable of doing. Using the app on our phone is a breeze. We did not purchase the pedestals and have no problem with the height. When we are ready to purchase a washer, we will no doubt go with LG. On a side note, we purchased the extended warranty directly from the LG website. The coverage was significantly more than BestBuys and was a fraction of the cost.

It’s a good dryer. Smaller then the one we had. The WiFi is nice but a little odd. You have to turn the dryer on to use any features. You get used to it but should just always be on. Steam function works great with only a few items.

I love the new dryer. It is spacious and dries my clothes quickly.

The dryer is very easy to operate the from low makes it easier to put the clothes inside and it doesn't make that much noise when it's operating I love this machine. All the features that easy and accessible I really recommend this machine to everyone I give it five stars

Excellent dryer with new technology. Many programming options allow for variety of drying sessions. Why 4 stars only? Because this is a second unit we got after the first one was faulty and showing errors after 5 minutes of working. The replacement unit is perfect. Highly recommended.

Good product with good features and is a replacement to a very similar unit we had for 12 years.

In simple words, I love this dryer! It has a lot of versatile features. Keeping track of what's happening with the ThinQ app is great and works flawlessly. The only thing that has been a problem is with a small load of mostly synthetic materials some of them come out still damp at the end of a sensor cycle. 5-10 minutes done on a manual cycle usually gets those few things dry. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load. Also, to get the steam functions, make sure you order the steam kit. I had to order and install that myself afterwards.
